It’s an odd and emotional emotion to be letting go of the family home. There are just so many memories and stories in that house. My partner and I could hardly believe it when we first moved in. We were so thankful and excited. The two of us were married right out of college and our first home was a little new home that we could barely afford. Instead of a central air heating method, it had baseboard heating. I remember having to put one of those window equipment air conditioners in when the warm season rolled around and summer temperatures made the home too uncomfortable. Our first 2 babies were born there. But by that point, we happened to do a lot better and started to look for a bigger home since we wanted to have at least one more child. Two infants in that little place with the unimpressive heating & cooling was more than cramped and difficult. When we found this place, we had a hard time trying to figure out how to swing the down payment. The seller was so kind and allowed us to get creative because he wanted us to have the house. It needed some work finished still however it was so much home for not so much money. One of the first things I did was to have a brand new nice Heating plus Air Conditioning system installed. And from the unquestionably first, I made sure that Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment acquired semi-annual preventive repair and maintenance. Now, I’m replacing that equipment 25 years later as we prepare to sell our first home. As odd as it feels, it’s also honestly nice knowing that a new family will make their own memories here. I believe the home and especially the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment took such fantastic care of us.
