Moving to a farm in one of the coldest parts of the country was something new for Morgan.
He wasn’t a country boy.
He’d grown up in the suburbs and only visited the rural areas a handful of times. But, after Morgan began thinking about living a sustainable life, he saw it was better to own on a farm. His wife agreed since she wanted to move away from the congested city. Morgan moved there first to get the house in order and start his new job. She joined him three months later after the sale of their townhouse. Life was good at the farmhouse since they moved there in summer. But, during the fall, they discovered they had an issue with the gas furnace. They’d hired an AC company to set it up in spring but never got to test it. Morgan decided to turn it on and test it during one chilly evening. But, the heating unit didn’t respond. He was so glad to have done this in the fall since having such an issue in winter was quite dangerous. Morgan had to act fast and have the fast furnace inspected and fixed before the snow. He chose not to work with the city AC company and sought one in his new hometown with experience with heating systems. They’ll also be the ones to service his AC unit before summer now that he was an official resident in the area. The new AC company proved to be quite useful since they noted some issues with the gas furnace connections that weren’t done properly.
