I thought that he might even end up in a gated community for him plus his family, and but no, I was definitely surprised to learn that instead of packing up plus moving somewhere better, James ended up having one of the local heating plus cooling companies come over to his modern home to install a fancy high efficiency heating plus cooling system in his outdated house!
