I have constantly done that, however sometimes it gets challenging when you work away from condo & barely have time for family.
My children were growing up fast; as a father, I wanted to spend more time with them, however the distance made it difficult. I could only visit them sporadically since I had to travel a long distance. I grew truly distant from them, which got me thinking of what I could do to change the situation. After some years of working in the heating industry, I decided to start my own supplier back home. I already had a lot of expertise of heating technology & experience. In the supplier, I worked in the heating maintenance department as an HVAC serviceman, where my buddy and I used to maintenance all types of heating devices. I was later promoted to a heating dealer. With all that work experience, I could start my own business. Having my own supplier was far better than working in a supplier away from home. And working close to home, I knew I had the support of my partner. My buddy and I have component such as a heater & heat pump with a digital control unit. As an HVAC tech, I also gave condo services such as component installation, HVAC duct, & duct sealing. I made my supplier flourish by giving good services & selling quality equipment. With time I have earned the trust & respect of the people. Many people who live around entrust me with the maintenance of the component & heating repair, & they also buy modern ones from me. Starting my own supplier was a good decision because I could now spend more time with my family & simultaneously give for them.
