Three months ago, the leaseholders in my rental property stopped paying rent.
However for 5 years, the leaseholders paid rent faithfully every single month around the first, then I never had a single problem while the people I work with and I were in the entire time.
I was unquestionably surprised plus shocked when the leaseholders did not spend my money rent, however on the second day of the month, I decided to supply the leaseholders a courtesy call. And not a single person answered the iPhone, so I left a SMS. I also left a SMS on many additional occasions. On the 15th day of the month, I sent a certified letter to the leaseholders requesting the rent plus all of the late fees, and the sheriff tried to deliver the certified letter, but the location was empty. I acquired an iPhone call from the process server. I knew the location was going to be a mess when I realized that the leaseholders abruptly vacated the house. I drove to the location a couple of afternoons later. I was disgusted by the condition of this entire property. The carpet was covered with stains plus the refrigerator was filled with mold plus mildew plus rotten food. The worst space about the house was the fact that the A/C was broken. I spent $1500 to repair the A/C plus I had to clean plus sanitize the HVAC duct; every air vent was covered with mold plus the intake vents were dirty too. The A/C was the greatest repair expense., but it took myself and others three entire afternoons to clean the house plus get rid of the trash. I’m still confused plus angry about the whole situation.
