School doesn’t prepare you for everyday lake house repair troubles

When I graduated from university, I believed I was prepared plus well-equipped with all the expertise plus tools that I needed to go out into the world plus survive as an adult.

I was so naive to how little I knew about what it meant to be an adult living in a lake house by myself.

School prepared me for a career in corporate America, however it entirely did not prepare me for everyday troubles, so I had to learn certain things as life unfolded. Talk about on the task training. One section in which I lacked the necessary training was how to respectfully operate plus maintain an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit. Prior to graduating from university, those repair responsibilities always belonged to someone else. My dad made sure that all of us had a/c when I lived at home, plus when I lived in a dorm or university apartment, the janitorial crew tested all the repair of those Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems. Therefore, when I lived on our own, I was completely oblivious to the need to have an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair plan. I was unaware that the A/C filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months, I didn’t guess that ductworks needed to be respectfully cleaned, plus finally, I was unaware that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment needed to be serviced twice per year. Up until that point in our life, I had never interacted with an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman, plus our first interaction came only after our A/C stopped working. I l received a lot about the repair of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan from that serviceman. He provided so numerous tips about how to conserve energy and a detailed checklist on the repair that I should perform to guarantee that our equipment ran efficiently. To this day, I still use those tips plus the checklist as area of our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair plan, therefore, I’m so grateful for that Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair serviceman.
