Selling our home

It’s a strange feeling to be letting go of the family home.

  • There are several memories and stories in that house.

It felt so real for my wife and I when we first moved in, we were so excited. We were married right out of college and our first home was a small one that we could barely afford. It had baseboard heating instead of a central air heating method. I remember having to put one of those window equipment air conditioners in when the summertime rolled around. Our first two children were born in that home. But by that point, We were doing a lot better financially and started to look for a family home as we planned on having at least 3 kids. Two infants in that little area with insufficient heating and cooling were more than crowded. When we first found our little one, every one of us couldn’t certainly figure out how to swing the down payment. The seller was so kind and gave us permission to get creative because she wanted us to have the house. It needed some work however it was so much house for a little amount of money. One of the first things I did was to have a certainly nice HVAC system installed. I made sure that Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment gained semi-annual preventive service. Now, I’m replacing that Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment 25 years later as we get ready to sell this home. As weird as it feels, it’s also certainly nice knowing that a brand new family will make their own memories here. I know the house and especially the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment took such fantastic care of us.
