When people are passionate about what they do, they are usually more successful than when people are just doing their job because it comes naturally to them.When I moved into my old home a few years ago, I had so many issues with both the heat and the air conditioning. Because of these issues, I had to contact my local HVAC company many times. I have had so many different HVAC technicians come to my home to fix the various problems. The problems with my air conditioning and heating system have ranged from minor to severe over the years. I can tell which HVAC technicians are passionate about their jobs and which HVAC technicians are just good at their jobs but do not really love what they do. I can always tell by how the HVAC technicians interact with me when they enter my home. The HVAC technicians who are passionate about their work take the time to talk to me about the issues and show genuine concern for me as a customer. The HVAC technicians who are just good at their job but not passionate want to get in and out. They barely speak to me and just get the job done, which is fine because they are good at it. However, it does make a difference as a customer when I feel the HVAC technician genuinely cares about the work they are doing in my home.
