My spouse and I recently moved to a new city and my friend and I had to have a couple of repairs completed before my friend and I could settle into the house.
There was a roof repair that needed to be completed and the garage was a mess.
The AC system wasn’t in the best shape either, so I contacted a repair specialist nearby to perform a service checkup. The service specialist came over to the apartment on Tuesday to complete the service checkup. The AC repair specialist was too chatty for me. He kept asking me a lot of questions about the city and the house. The kids seem like he might be a little off, so I was trying not to be rude. I disappeared into the apartment a couple of bizarre times and the AC repair specialist followed me into the apartment to talk about the AC system or something that did not have anything at all to do with the repair. After a while I finally had to tell the guy that I had some work to do. He disappeared into the garage to finish with the service appointment. The guy genuinely could have finished in half the time if he wouldn’t have been talking, however he genuinely performed a thorough inspection of the mechanical and electrical parts. There was no doubt at all that the AC was ready to run all summer time after the guy was done with the system. I’m still waiting on the guy to make the roof repair. He was supposed to come last weekend, however it was raining. Once my friend and I have the repairs done, my friend and I can finally relax and take a breath.
