If there is a single thing I do not appreciate it is when somebody is giving myself and others an attitude. This is especially true if it’s a worker that is toiling on my home. It’s just Last monthI was waiting for a heating & A/C worker to finish servicing my cooling system. My cooling system is normally in perfect condition, however unfortunately the heat got to it this Summer & it ended up chopping down. When it broke down I did what any normal man would do & I immediately made an appointment to have it fixed. When the heating & A/C serviceman arrived at my condo he knocked 2 times & when I did not answer within the first 2 minutes, because I was tied up with my children, he had already started to storm off & leave. He only came inside because I ran to the door & told him it took myself and others a minute to get to the door. As soon as I opened the door for him he did a pressing heavy sigh & rolled his eyes & then with great reluctance walked into my home. He asked myself and others a few questions about where my heating & A/C system was located & what was wrong with it. I answered all his questions & he simply responded with “Well let’sget this over with.” Then he stormed off in the direction of my heating & cooling system. He put in maybe 15 minutes toiling on it before he just threw his hands up in the air & said he did not know what’s wrong with it & that he did not have time to look at it all day. Then he just stormed out of my house & left. I was shocked when this happened, I couldn’t guess the heating & cooling professional could be that rude. Needless to say, I found someone else.
