If there is one thing I do not like it is when somebody is giving me an attitude.
This is especially true if it’s a worker that is working on my home.
It’s just last week I was waiting for a heating and AC worker to finish servicing my air conditioner. My air conditioner is normally in perfect condition, however unfortunately the heat got to it this summer and it ended up breaking down. When it broke down I did what any normal person would do and I immediately made an appointment to have it fixed. When the heating and AC technician arrived at my home he knocked two times and when I didn’t answer within the first 2 minutes, because I was busy with my children, he had already started to storm off and leave. He only came inside because I ran to the door and told him it took me a minute to get to the door. As soon as I opened the door for him he did a huge heavy sigh and rolled his eyes and then with great reluctance walked into my home. He asked me a few questions about where my heating and AC system was located and what was wrong with it. I answered all his questions and he simply responded with “Well let’s get this over with.” Then he stormed off in the direction of my heating and cooling system. He put in maybe 15 minutes working on it before he just threw his hands up in the air and said he didn’t know what’s wrong with it and that he didn’t have time to look at it all day. Then he just stormed out of my house and left. I was shocked when this happened, I couldn’t believe the heating and cooling professional could be that rude. Needless to say, I found someone else.
