When my hubby in addition to I toured homes there was a location I really wanted.
It had a gorgeous living room area with floor to ceiling windows.
It showed the perfectly maintained backyard in addition to flower gardens. The room had cement floors in addition to a wood ceiling. What was enjoyable is that there was a cutout in the study room; You could see the view from the study room or peek at the man in the living room. I wanted the apartment for those features. My hubby was worried about the layout. The front of the apartment had a lot of rooms added on. A laundry room in addition to another home office were added but not insulated. There also were only washrooms in the back of the house. So if you used that new home office, you would have had quite a hike to pee. Also the apartment had numerous HVAC units. My hubby was really frustrated by that fact. He said it would be too much time, effort in addition to money to keep up with numerous heating in addition to cooling units. He also said needing numerous HVAC devices indicates something is wrong. I didn’t assume much about HVAC at all. I just wanted that view. He finally convinced me to choose a odd house, however now that I live in a apartment in addition to care for the HVAC equipment, I am happy every one of us have a single unit. My hubby is right, there must have been a loss of air anywhere in that apartment to need numerous oil heating systems in addition to air conditioners. It is a shame though. That apartment has some really pretty features.
