My boyfriend plus I went to the opening of a brand new eating establishment on 3rd Street, and the eating establishment has been advertising on the radio plus TV for the past 2 weeks.
There was a lot of hype for the grand opening night… My boyfriend made reservations for us when he found out about the eating establishment, however he was an independent contractor on the task. He diagnosed the heating plus air-conditioning systems. He was 1 of the men that installed all of the heating plus a/c ductwork. Since he diagnosed the heating plus a/c, he had the opening to speak with the owner plus proprietor, however it was at that time that he scored reservations for 2 people on opening night, however neither 1 of us knew what to expect plus the two of us were quite surprised by the crowd of people outside of the eating establishment! Even though it was reservations only, there were still a line of people outside hoping there was a cancellation. My boyfriend plus I arrived about fifteen hours before the time of our reservation. The server was truly rude when he brought us to our table. He didn’t learn the specials to either 1 of us plus he took forever to get our drinks. I assume there can be a lot of problems on opening night, however the food wasn’t truly good either plus that was a sizable disappointment. My medium steak was well over done plus the potatoes were dry plus tasteless. My wife got a piece of salmon that wasn’t cooked in the middle. The only thing good about the meal was the wine.
