During this time of year, the two of us often sit back plus reflect on what it is that the two of us enjoy plus on what it is that the two of us would appreciate to change about our lives.

I do try to be sure to enjoy everything in my life that I am fortunate enough to have.

I do realize that all wonderful things come from he who gives them to us. Anyway, the two of us too often take things for granted that the two of us should not… One easy thing that the two of us take for granted is Heating plus Cooling. I live in the south, so for the most part, I use air conditioner. This year, though, it has gotten quite freezing while in this Winter plus fall, so I am now also using a lot of heating. I have a portable furnace in my office, which is entirely convenient plus can just be plugged into the wall, but at beach house I have an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system where I simply turn my switch from the cooling setting to the heating setting. How much easier could it get? It simply could not get much easier, plus it is wrong to take that for granted, not only do I enjoy the actual heating plus cooling system itself, I also take time to be appreciative of the actual Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier plus the heating plus cooling workers that have decided to become Tradesman who can keep us from getting heat stroke or cold to death. In fact, I even sent a Christmas card to my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier this year. I have noticed that many companies often send out holiday cards to their shoppers plus potential shoppers at this time of year, but I decided to turn it around on them plus send them my appreciation plus my greetings for a ecstatic Christmas. I am thankful for my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier plus my heating plus cooling system.

Some people know that heating and cooling is luxury, although I have discovered and absolutely know that heating and cooling is no longer a luxury, especially in this country, every year you can hear about people who died of heatstroke in the summer time because they did not have fine air conditioner or they chose not to use it because they did not think they could afford it.

Especially this winter, the headlines are full of people who are entirely freezing to death, either because they do not have any Access to heating or they are not using it for 1 reason or the other. There have been lots of Winter time storms, and that means that there has been lots of power knocked out, which also means there are people separate from heaters. Even when the weather is not as freezing as it has been, heating is vital to life. Whenever the caveman or whoever discovered fire, they did a great thing for Humanity. In addition, the dentist who discovered cooling for the hospital where his TB patients were suffering, also did Humanity a immense favor. We love to assume that we can do just fine separate from Heating and Cooling, and in fact it is tploy that there are people in other countries who do not have Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems. In fact there are people who do not even have homes, and they do manage to survive. That is not how it works in this country, however, however here we must have Heating and Cooling in order to carry on each day.Even my pet looks at myself and others funny when I try to get his to move away from the heating vent!

I have a fireplace in our entryway, but if the truth be known I rarely use it, however i do love the Ambiance that a fireplace provides, but, fireplaces are genuinely not all that good a source of heating, but that is unless you get a single of those fireplace inserts to turn your fireplace into an actual heater.

In that event, your fireplace can be a wonderful heater. That is not what I have, though, however what I have is an outdated fashioned wood burning fireplace. In fact, when I choose to use it, it makes such a giant mess that I normally wish that I would have just turned the control unit on our heating system up higher instead of dragging all that wood plus creating all that Ash that has to be cleaned up plus so on! Anyway, I am having a change of heart this Christmas. I am beginning to feel that I will use our fireplace this Christmas. In fact, I already have used it. I made the Trek out to the local grocery store to opportunity up a bag of Wood. That would have already been burned in our beautiful fireplace, plus I made sure to take nice pictures of it to post on social media. Anyway, I did discover that the fireplace genuinely is not a wonderful heater. I was standing right in front of it, plus I genuinely could not even sense any heating coming into the room from it. I also scared the heck out of our dog; She was looking at me love why are you setting a fire in the entryway? In any event, it was pretty, even though it genuinely wasn’t a wonderful heat source. Thankfully, I do have a wonderful Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan with strong Heating plus Cooling, so I did not have to rely on the fireplace to keep me warm.

I have been laboring at the heating & AC maintenance & installation supplier for the past 3 years, however during that time, the supplier has grown exponentially… When I started laboring here, there were only a few other heating & AC maintenance & installation specialists.

Now there are more than a dozen maintenance specialists laboring for the dealer, both of us maintenance the entire county & a big portion of the surrounding area… Every day there are heating & AC maintenance & installation maintenance calls & it is our responsibility to handle concerns when they come, however i worked all more than four days Sunday through Tuesday Last yearand the boss asked me to opportunity up the weekend as well, then one of the modern women was sick with covid & someone had to cover the weekend days, then my boss had plans to go out of neighborhood & she even provided to spend money me extra.

I told our boss it wasn’t necessary, because I was going to be paid extra anyways for being the on-call maintenance specialist; There were a couple of calls throughout the weekend & I handled everything without any troubles. I had a stack of invoices to supply to our boss & the repairs totaled more than $2000. On Sunday day I provided all of the invoices to the boss & she presented me with a $250 Visa gift card, and she told me that the extra currency was a thank you for being there on the weekend when there was no a single else to work. I thought it was a nice gesture & I did not say no.

When our hubby purchased a new house, both of us did so because I was about to provide birth to triplets! A 2-dining room, a single-bathroom beach apartment would soon be too small for a family of five; however, three kids needed multiple more dining rooms, plus at least 2 more bathrooms, and we found this immense ancient apartment that had numerous dining rooms plus numerous bathrooms… Plus, the only thing it needed to make it livable was a new heating plus A/C system.

• I loved the master-dining room.

It had another connected bathroom plus a walk-in closet. The other multiple dining rooms had their own bathroom plus a sizable closet. There was also a guest bathroom in the basement where they had remodeled to create a playroom plus a spare dining room. There was a half-bath off the laundry room on the main floor. I wondered why the price was so low, but the realtor told me it was because the family had to sell it to pay for the nursing beach apartment expenses their parents had accrued. The central heating plus A/C serviceman told us he could get us a furnace that would be more efficient, plus it would take up less space, then he told us about the more compact gas furnaces that were just as efficient as the ancient greater units. I doubted both of us could get the same amount of heat out of a furnace that was half the size of the ancient one, but both of us actually trusted him. A month later, the heating plus A/C company installed our new furnace. It may have been tiny, but it was strong. We had all the heat both of us needed, plus it costs us less to run in the long run.
