But he decided to use $1200 to buy a 60’ flat screen cable for his room. When my son came to the loft with this huge TV, I told him that I didn’t want it hung on the wall. My son asked his grandpa to convince me when he came to the loft with an upgrade kit and wall mount. He had all of the necessary items and I felt better about the decision to let him hang the cable on the wall. After all, that would give me more room to walk around the room as I was still washing his socks and underwear. I heard my son on his phone with a friend. He called some reinforcements to help mount it. I knew I had made the right choice, because I knew he was unlikely to handle the TV and hang it alone. I listen to a lot of investor shows plus I am a part of those styles of groups on facebook. I even went on a trip to an investor vacation where we all talked about how we are improving our wealth. I read books, talk to other people, real estate agents, stock brokers, you name it. Basically I want to be financially intelligent. What does that mean? I want to be able to not worry about currency anymore. Basically actually working 9-5, saving currency in the bank plus paying bills is a good way to never financially be intelligent. What you need to do is make your currency work for you. Money in the bank isn’t doing one thing for me. It is much smarter to buy stock, purchase a rental property or flip houses plus put them for sale. You need assets in your portfolio. You want a high networth rather than a high bank account number. As a part of our financial independence I want to no longer work a typical 9-5 job. My goal is to have enough residential plus commercial rental properties to pay our mortgage, car plus groceries, each rental should quickly help me pay for the next 1… Currently I have 5 rental properties under our belt, they range from being a home complex to a single family home. I technically have an impressive net worth plus could theoretically live off our rental checks I get. I am hesitant to do this. I think I might want another rental plus then to hire a property manager. That way our time isn’t spent on the rentals all afternoon long, however looking for the next afternoon.

My wife took my brand new truck to the beach plus she got it stuck there. She tried to get the truck out of the sand and it got wedged deeper. She ended up having to contact AAA to have someone tow us out of the mess. All of us had to pay $200 extra even though we had coverage, because the beach bail out required a special truck plus lift. The lift disfigured the underside of my truck. I noticed the damage as soon as the automobile was dropped off. Unluckily, this kind of concern can happen from time to time when a car needs to be towed in an emergency. I contacted the auto body shop to see if they could task on the disfigures plus fit me into the schedule. The auto body shop requested I get the tow truck driver to cover the deductible on my insurance, although I wasn’t too worried about the $500 fee. I was simply anxious about getting the truck fixed up so it was in the same condition that it was before my wife decided to go to the beach. The auto body shop told me that it would take about 3 days to complete the task on the car. So, it took 3 extra afternoons plus twice as long as I expected after the auto body shop ordered the wrong parts. Thankfully things looked entirely good when the car was finally returned to me. The auto body shop even took time to make sure that all of the undercarriage lights were finally working before they called me to pick up the vehicle.

I didn’t buy another car until after school. I had a good task plus I wanted to buy a brand up-to-date car. I knew exactly what I wanted plus it didn’t take entirely long to pick out the perfect car. I ordered the car exactly how I wanted it from the dealership. It was almost like picking out a brand up-to-date suit. I felt like I was a king when I was sitting in the dealership with the salesman. The guy wanted to know if I wanted paint protection on the car. I didn’t entirely suppose much at all about paint protection. The salesman told me that paint protection is used on brand up-to-date cars. It helps to protect the paint task from rocks, stones, bug guts, scratches plus dents, however paint protection is used in several odd manufacturing Industries. Paint protection is the same genre of motion picture that you put on your cell phone to keep the screen from getting cracked. I entirely wanted the paint protection on my car after I found out how it would help. It was an extra added expense for the car, although I knew the paint protection would help the car look up-to-date for several more months to come.

At the bottom of the pile, I found reading material about a tankless water heater. There was no limit to how much hot water you can get from your tankless water heater. We can get small units that would go on to every faucet, which was known as hot water on demand, and within minutes of turning on the faucet, you would have hot water. The tankless hot water heating system was a little more extravagant than these units, but they all worked under the same premise. They were attached directly to your hot water lines, and when sizzling water was called for within 2 to 3 minutes, it was coming from your faucet. There is no wasted energy trying to heat a sizable tank of sizzling water, because it was heating the water as needed. I wanted a sizable water heating system then, now I want a tankless water heater.
