She doesn’t want us to get ducttoil cleaning

I want to get the ducttoil cleaned but my fiance is totally against it.

My side is that I have done a lot of new home remodeling recently.

I have completely gutted a bathroom where there was dust all over the entire location. Every ceiling in my new home had spots that I scrapped. I even mudded and sanded a few of the higher ceilings. I also sanded wooden bifold doors in the home as well. There has been a lot of dust floating around and my advanced a/c was on for the entirety of it. I think the Heating and advanced A/C took in that dust and now it lies in my ductwork. Did you think that both of us spend 95% of our afternoon indoors? Did you think that the indoor air pollen levels are almost 5 times worse than the outdoor air? I want pristine indoor air conditions. I don’t want to breathe in that dust to make me sneeze and guess I’m sick. That is why I guess both of us need our Heating and advanced A/C ducts cleaned. I have the money and the time to babysit the Heating and advanced A/C worker. My fiance is of the mindset that the ducttoil is quite safe. It is totally sealed in the walls and ceilings. It does not seem like it would enjoy dust that can lay inside of it. Having a worker do ducttoil cleaning is risky business too. They can truly mangle the Heating and advanced A/C ducts in the process and cause holes. A small hole can truly let out a lot of air and cause energy costs and inefficiencies. Even perfectly sealed Heating and advanced A/C ducts let out 10% of the air the Heating and advanced A/C creates. A regular piece of ducttoil is letting out about 30% of the air. Crazy isn’t it? My fiance doesn’t want to risk even steeper energy costs.

The ups and downs of heated flooring

My home is all shag carpet.

I am not a sizable fan of carpets.

I guess they typically look dirty and make the location seem gross and dingy. I want granite so that I can have a simple scrub up and have it look quite pretty. Since I am ripping up all the flooring in my home, it makes sense to add heated flooring. I have looked into the process and it isn’t too difficult. Now it will double my heated scheme project although I would be getting a heating method out of the deal. My central oil furnace is more than 20 years old. I guess it will go any afternoon and it is smart to have another backup heater. Once the central oil furnace dies, I could rely on the radiant floors and just purchase an advanced a/c down the road. I looked into the ups and downs of heated flooring and that is what they sold me. The pros are that this heating method is totally quiet and doesn’t rise to the ceiling to waste excess heat. Why does it do this? Radiant heat is electricity based. There is no heated air that is lighter than other air and rising up. There is nothing moving the air out of the system. With electric based mats, you have no warm and frosty spots. Anything that is touching the mat feels very hot as a result. When your heat is at your feet, you are warmer and can lower the temperature to save money. The only cons I have found with this method is that it adds significant height and weight to the floor. It is a concern. I don’t want to cause little cracks along the drywall! But I can alway repair those later down the line.

I am looking forward to doing the radiant heat upgrade

I have looked hard into a heated flooring upgrade and it doesn’t seem too tough. I started out very unhandy. When I purchased my home I could only paint and scrap things. Now I am becoming quite an expert with tools. I have mudded, added drywall and done some granite work as well. I am impressed that I can split and lay flooring tile, grout it and have a smooth finished product. I have been eyeing my living room up and down for quite some time. The living room has this dark green rug that is just disgusting. I want to rip it up and put grey granite down. It would make my living room so much more thoroughly modern. Since I am ripping up the floors anway, I have been looking into radiant heated floors. Apparently this is the ideal time to do it. At first I thought I might need to call a Heating and advanced A/C corporation. After enjoying some videos and studying articles, I think I can do the upgrade on my own time. It seems pretty easy. After I rip up the carpets and get down to the plywood under there, I just need to drill in my stone board. I think I know how to do that. After that the electric heated mats are situated on top. You basically lay them down and enjoy the tile. It seems super easy and I would check my ceaseless toil before tiling over top. That is the frightening part, then once I finished the heating upgrade I would need to put some mastic on it, granite and then both of us would grout the finished product. If I made a mistake, I would not be able to reach that heated mat again.

Small towns and the lack of online presence

I went from residing in a small village in the north to 1 down south.

I truly care about small towns.

It is much safer, easier and nicer to live. I was able to get a sizable parcel of land and a nice home for myself. I enjoy that people are starting to recognize my name and I recognize theirs. I enjoy that it isn’t as loud as it would be, like, in a city. I don’t mind the reduced selection with businesses; You get locally owned locations that usually have a much better product anyway. I have experienced trouble finding some local services though. Since both of us live in such a small area, most of the companies don’t need a website. So that means new people such as myself cannot find them. I had a legitimately hard time finding a seamstress because she had no online presence whatsoever. I now need to get a Heating and advanced A/C worker to install an oil furnace for me. I have asked around at the local hardware store, bank and post office. Everyone tells me this girl Kylie is amazing. Apparently she is entirely a licensed Heating and advanced A/C worker that used to toil in the city. Now she lives here and just does Heating and A/C installs when she can find the time. Nobody had this woman’s number though. Apparently to get an appointment with Kylie you either go to her home or find her at 1 of the local restaurants. I have been trying to hunt this girl down with no luck at all. It seems odd to me that I need to go to my Heating and advanced A/C dealers home and bother her. I might need to though. I truly want my oil furnace upgraded.

No HVAC Professional Options

My wife and I lived in this area for a few years.

There were some wonderful parts to life in this neighborhood but the two of us eventually decided to move away.

The two of us needed to have both property and privacy. The noise level of the neighborhood was terrible too. The two of us realized that both of us didn’t use all the things neighborhood life offered us. The two of us never seemed to go out to the movies, bars or restaurants. The two of us are homebodies and it made no sense to live in the city anymore… Country life is a lot better for us. The two of us care about sitting on the front porch drinking budweiser in the afternoon. The two of us can be totally closed off when in our backyard and the few small townies aren’t a problem. The only hitch is that with a small town, you don’t have a lot of competition for food. There are only 3 restaurants in town. When you want to order pizza, there is only 1 location. There is a single bonded electrician, plumber and Heating and professional A/C worker. I realized the village Heating and A/C professional isn’t very good, but she had given my Heating and advanced A/C equipment an upgrade and a clean bill of health. A few weeks later my heating and cooling method would not work or turn on. The Heating and advanced A/C professional put some extra coolant in it and cleaned it. She then decided that it was done and broken. I guess the technician truly just didn’t think what to do. I had a hard time finding another Heating and advanced A/C business to get another opinion. I didn’t want to substitute my Heating and advanced A/C unless I had to. I ended up paying a girl from the neighborhood to make the long drive to look at my Heating and A/C system.

I think I can do radiant heat installation

Only one HVAC technician to choose from

I think the guy really just didn’t know what to do.
