My friends randomly chose us to be together like some strange destiny meeting.

We both were nervous at first, but we became really comfortable together in no time. I realized that we had a lot of things in common, and I also thought she was very beautiful. I didn’t tell her that because I didn’t want to sound corny or cliche, but she really is. We became so comfortable that the time just flew by. We were some of the last people in the restaurant and our waiter had already left. Of course, we tipped him before he went on his way. Eventually we were kicked out of the place, but we had a wonderful date. The temperature control settings in that place were perfect and I probably could have stayed there all night on that date. We ended up going to my house and my date almost lost her mind when she saw the fireplace. She couldn’t believe I had one and she said it was beautiful. When she asked if we could get a fire going in the fireplace, I didn’t mind at all. As a matter of fact, that’s what I wanted to do before she noticed it in the first place. I asked her if she wanted a glass of wine, and she shook her head yes. We relaxed there while talking through the whole night. It was perfect because neither of us had to be at work the next day, and it was a wonderful experience getting to know one another.

I have been assisting my sister with her disability for a very long time.

She is blind, but I was able to get her a good seeing-eye dog and everything.

On top of that, I made sure we had a smart thermostat with voice commands. This makes it easy for my sister to adjust the temperature control settings. Sometimes we don’t agree on the temperature control settings, but for the most part everything is cool. Sometimes I think we should upgrade to HVAC zone control so we can have customized temperature control settings in our rooms. Anyway, I was kind of bothered when my sister confided in me that she was depressed. I asked her why and said there were so many positive things in her life. She was not very optimistic, but she said she would be so much happier if she could find a good boyfriend. I asked her if she would like to do the online dating thing. She asked me how that worked and I said I could make her a profile and people would reach out. She could use her phone to have her messages read aloud, and it would be easy to respond with her voice-to-text. So we did that and she went through a few different guys. She ended up finding this really nice guy who was an HVAC professional. I liked the guy a lot especially since he provided us with free HEPA filters. He treated her well too and that was what really counted. I don’t know if they will be together forever, but she his so much happier now with this guy.

The other day when I was talking to one of my co-workers, she was visibly upset. When I asked her what was wrong, she said that her cooling system at home was not working and she couldn’t afford to get it fixed. She said her family was suffering because she didn’t make enough money and she didn’t know what to do. It was an understandable thing to be upset about, but I was happy to provide her with some good news. It wasn’t until I started laboring remotely last year and staying cabin for days on end before I realized how much money I was spending on drinks and food every week while I was out of the house. And when I compared those costs to what I was spending at the grocery store to eat at home, I was shocked at how much I was now saving. Just making our Tim Hortons Coffee at cabin ended up saving me upwards to $45 a week. When I factored in the cost of fast food and take out, it was shocking to see the waste. But all of our cabin cooking hasn’t come without a price, albeit 1 I would have never anticipated ahead of time. Apparently a lot of grease is going airborne from all of the stir frying I’m doing in our living room. My heating and cooling business showed me the orange hue of our cooling system filter the last time he was here servicing the HVAC system. He suggested using a denser filter to prevent any excess grease from reaching the inside of the air handler. I’m also getting price quotes on adding a ventilation hood above our stovetop to pull all of the steam and vapors out of our beach house so they’re not consistently going into our air return and through the filter. This will lengthen the life of each filter and add another layer of protection between the grease and our evaporator coil.

However, I do try to keep up with the repair on the heating plus cooling system in the house. I always put the annual Heating plus A/C repair appointment on our schedule so that I won’t forget to call plus make the appointment with our local Heating plus A/C contractor, now that I guess about it, it’s really just about time for myself and others to do that once again for this year!
