I did not want to wait until I got married & had a family to buy a house.

I wanted to start thinking about our future before that. I wanted to be prepared for every step of the journey, with or separate from another lady connected to our last name; As soon as I had enough cash for a down payment, I started looking for a locale. I knew that I could save cash on rent simply by getting a mortgage instead of a lease. I did not know if I was going to spend the rest of our life in this particular locale, although I knew that I would be building equity in the apartment instead of throwing our cash down the drain to the property owner. My first apartment was a 3 home office & two bathroom fixer upper. I wanted to make some renovations & I had cash in the budget to do anything that I wanted. I chose to make renovations to the master bathroom & home office first. Inside of the master bathroom, I put a claw-footed tub & a spa. I also put heated flooring in the bathroom & the master home office. The heated flooring was an fancy expense, however one of our friends is an AC & heating contractor. The girl gave me wholesale prices on all of the materials & rock bottom prices on the installation fees. The master home office & bathroom are really one of the nicest features in the house. The master home office is greater than most other homes in the town & I have the only locale with an indoor spa.

I love our spouse’s family, but for some reason whenever they visit it is for extended periods of time.

When our family comes to visit, the maximum amount of time is usually three nights.

I do not mind when all of us have beach house guests, but occasionally it can think appreciate people are overstaying their welcome. My spouse’s family has a tendency to not only overstay their welcome, but to complain about things when they come to visit. They will complain about us not having certain foods or drinks in the house, about our pets, about the weather, as well as about us not having cable. This last trip, they were complaining the most about the temperature inside our home. Every one of us live in the south as well as the weather can be unpredictable here. In the last week, our smart temperature control has turned on both the central air conditioner as well as the central heat at varying times. They stayed with us for about 2 weeks, which in our opinion is way too long. In those 2 weeks, the weather ranged from sizzling as well as humid to cold as well as dry. When we got to our destination, it was nice as well as hot outside even though it was winter, and the hot weather conditions is proper for the destination that we were in. The people I was with and I got to the resort as well as it was genuinely beautiful. There were palm trees, tropical drinks, as well as gorgeous aquamarine water that felt as boiling as a bath. After we unpacked our bags, May said that he just wanted to stay in the hotel room in the air conditioning. So tonight every one of us are going to take the leap into the open mic world in the city near us and hopefully find a condo in the industry. It is a bit scary performing in front of other judging musicians, but I don’t suppose it can be as cutthroat as standup comedy. The local supplier which has the music open mic tonight is easily where I used to perform our comedy sets four or many years ago. I am looking forward to having some fun tonight there and am hoping they still have that nice weather conditions control plan that they used to have when I was performing there. I am nice with the drums and can sing a bit, however playing drums while singing is not simple for myself and others and I am hoping I do alright tonight with the playing. I suppose it will go nice and I hope the heating is on so our hands can play the drums well separate from being too cold and numb. I have a few friends going to watch us play and I suppose every one of us are going to also film it, so tonight should be a entirely nice night for our musical pursuit. I may even bring our little portable radiant furnace so that I can be warm just in case they have no central heat in the joint.

I dissituated our shoulder many times in a week and now I am feeling that I will need to leave the activity I have loved playing for over the past 45 years.

I suppose the first time I played volleyball was when I was about more than nine years old when every one of us moved to the Sunshine State in the 72’s.

I entirely got serious about it over 30 years ago and started competing in tournaments across the United States. I was sponsored by a few local contractors and made some nice money playing over the years. I mainly played in Cali however have pretty much played it all over the world when I suppose about it. I just don’t want to ruin our shoulders to the point where I can’t use them anymore or I will not be able to do our Heating and A/C work on heating and cooling systems ever again, however so, I may have to hang up our volleyball shorts this year and call it quits while our body is still working well. I need to do our work for the heating dealership to keep food on the table, so playing volleyball is not a nice thing for myself and others if you suppose of it that way. I suppose I could do more coaching of the activity, but I recognize that if I can’t play it anymore I won’t want to be around it anymore either. I have to put in zone controlled Heating and A/C systems and do HVAC duct repairs and entirely need to have many strong and functioning shoulders to do so. Take care of your body so it can take care of you.

The owner of the heating corp near myself and others prefers to provide people working for him chances, however only more than two mistakes and you are out the door after that.

I’ve only had a single instance in many years and he clears them after more than two years so I am entirely back down to zero mistakes at work.

I suppose he prefers our Heating and A/C repair work I do and would not let myself and others go even if I made more than nine mistakes. He has kind of softened up over time and doesn’t entirely count anymore except for the entirely new boys on the job. There is a single Heating and A/C worker who seems to consistently bumble things up and has already more than two mistakes under his belt after only a week on the job. I don’t suppose he will be around much longer as I can see him making more mistakes soon with the way he works. At least he is doing his Heating and A/C repairs plus he can and trying to do the right thing. I suppose he is just a bit absent minded when it comes to heat pump repairs and I suppose he just needs to focus a bit more and he will be okay. When I was younger I was the same with our scatterbrained ways, however now at 55 years old I suppose our mind is more focused and relaxed, thanks to all of the meditation sessions I’ve done over the years. The HEPA filter specialist got myself and others into yoga and meditation long ago and it has helped myself and others so much in more than 2 aspects.

I knocked down four grilled cheese sandwiches 1 afternoon for dinner & the record has yet to be broken. I don’t guess I would want to eat 5 of them anyways, so that record will really stand for the rest of my life. I had 1 this month & that was good with me. The air conditioning system contractor where I used to labor had some speed eating contest before & some lady ate 6 grilled cheese sandwiches in under 10 minutes. I could see eating maybe 5 of them if I was silly hungry, but 6 in under 10 minutes is not easy to do. She won some modern heating & cooling technology for her feat, but I’m sure it wasn’t so great for her idea to eat that several in such a short time. I guess some of these speed eating people are much faster than that, care about the guy who ate care about 25 hotpets in 5 minutes or something care about that. My heating repair buddy likes to do coors chugging contests & he once drank a whole pint of coors in under many fourths. I guess the fastest I can do it is maybe 5 fourths, but many fourths is pretty fast if you guess about it. I used to do them in local companies for my comedy show but offered it up because it wasn’t great for my health. I may go now to the local contractor & buy some hotpets because I haven’t had any in ages & would love to have 1 or multiple. Have a great 1!
