Every April and September, I have a tune-up performed on the heating and a/c components inside of my grocery store.

I have owned the grocery store for the past 25 years.

Well, I was afraid for our life however this nice guy helped me to keep calm when I was freaking out. I told him that if all of us made it out alive, all of us should go on a lunch date. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional showed up, but he was not permitted to enter. It was a long day, however the bank robbers were eventually taken down by the police & nobody was injured other than them.

In the desert, there is no such thing as Winter time weather.

The temperatures can get cold at night, but the moderate air is present while I was in the day.

Occasionally I run the furnace at night, however I almost always use the a/c while I was in the day, and a couple weeks ago, I had to call the a/c maintenance service. It was a very tepid day and it was windy outside. The winds were blowing with gusts up to 55 miles an hour. One of the reasons why I thought the a/c might not be working was due to the dust. Occasionally the desert dust can clog the air filter significantly. I called the a/c maintenance repair after checking the air filter and finding no issue. I was distraught that the issue might be a big deal and an costly repair, but the repair supplier gave me some very fantastic news. Even though the air filter was free of dust and debris, there was a lot of dust inside of the machine. The a/c maintenance repair supplier thoroughly cleaned the inside of the machine. I was surprised that the maintenance wasn’t too costly. When I found out the cost for the a/c repair, I decided to have the repair supplier wipe and sanitize all of the HVAC duct as well. As long as I had the guy there, I wanted to put him to use in every way possible. The whole device works much better since the repair and I suppose the indoor air pollen levels is better than it has been in mornings.

My wife and I looked for a piece of property that every one of us could use as our country house, but every one of us already had a big house in the city with 3 family rooms and 2 bathrooms, and my wife and I were spending a fortune on rentals and the country and every one of us thought it was a fantastic plan to buy a piece of property that was just for us.

Every one of us looked for weeks and weeks and every one of us finally found the perfect locale! One thing that every one of us enjoyed the most was the stable and the barn; The property came with several horses and a pole barn full of cows and chickens.

My wife and I did not feel the first thing about farming, but every one of us were ready to deliver it a try. Every one of us had to make some repairs to the house in the start. One of the concerns that particularly needed to be addressed was the issue with the furnace. My wife and I wanted to use the house while I was in the Winter time weeks and that meant every one of us needed to fix the furnace instantaneously… I called a repair and paid a fortune for the supplier to drive all the way to the country to update the furnace. I didn’t mind paying the fees since every one of us found the house of our dreams, however I would have preferred to spend our money less money. My wife and I spend every weekend at the country house now and every one of us easily prefer having a locale to call our own. One day every one of us will raise a family at this locale, but that’s several years in the future.
