For the last 6 years, my partner Ed plus I had been house hunting.

Both of us keep extending the lease on our local apartment since the house hunt was taking so long, however we couldn’t wait until we could get out of the lease.

Last week, we finally found the perfect home. It had many kitchens that shared 1 single lavatory, a guest room with its own lavatory, plus a master suite. The living area seemed extensive enough to host supplier parties, plus the study room was a chef’s dream. Ed called the local supplier plus asked if he would do the inspections. Along with the supplier, Ed and I had the Heating plus A/C supplier come in to inspect the Heating plus A/C system. The local condo supplier gave us a large thumbs up plus said the house was prefer new. The Heating plus A/C supplier wasn’t cheerful with the Heating plus A/C system we had; For how much the house cost plus the area it was in, he knew the house couldn’t be less than four years old, however the Heating plus A/C plan looked prefer it was old. Three weeks later, Ed and I were moving into our perfect condo with a brand current Heating plus A/C plan installed.

I thought it was a smart thought until Christmas rolled around. I never knew what to get anyone as a gift. I couldn’t wait to move, because he always nagged myself and others to get a husbandy. Mom was going to see a neighbor that day when I saw a repair van pull up into the driveway. Mom hadn’t said he had any problems with the furnace, plus he absolutely had said nothing about a Heating plus A/C worker coming to do any repairs. I shrugged, thinking he had forgotten to mentioned it to me, plus went back to truly working. I love my husband’s family, but for some reason whenever they visit it is for extended periods of time.

When my family comes to visit, the maximum amount of time is usually three nights. I do not mind when we have house guests, but sometimes it can feel like people are overstaying their welcome. My husband’s family has a tendency to not only overstay their welcome, but to complain about things when they come to visit. They will complain about us not having certain foods or drinks in the house, about our pets, about the weather, and about us not having cable. This last trip, they were complaining the most about the temperature inside our home. We live in the south and the weather can be unpredictable here. In the last month, our smart thermostat has turned on both the central air conditioning and the central heat at varying times. They stayed with us for about two weeks, which in my opinion is way too long. In those two weeks, the weather ranged from hot and humid to cold and dry. Naturally, our smart thermostat picked up on the weather changes and adjusted to them. My husband’s family either complained that the air conditioning was not cold enough when it was hot and humid out, or that the heat was not hot enough when it was cold out. At first, I did not give in to their complaints because our electric bill has been super high lately. Eventually, I gave in to their complaints because I could not take anyone complaining that the air conditioning isn’t cold enough and that the heat wasn’t hot enough anymore. Due to me giving in, there were less complaints about the temperature on the thermostat, but our electric bill was higher.

April finally agreed to go to the air conditioned casino, so we did that and got some drinks

One of my best friends named April asked me to go on an all inclusive caribbean vacation. I was surprised that April asked me to go to this location with her because she usually hates the heat and the beach. When I brought that up to her, she said that she wanted to expand her horizons and try something new. I kept an open mind and decided to go on the trip with her. When we got to our destination, it was nice and hot outside even though it was winter. The hot climate is typical for the destination that we were in. We got to the resort and it was absolutely beautiful. There were palm trees, tropical drinks, and gorgeous aquamarine water that felt as warm as a bath. After we unpacked our bags, April said that she just wanted to stay in the hotel room in the air conditioning. I was surprised because we spent a lot of money to swim in the beautiful water and use the amenities of the resort. April said that she felt it was too hot out and would rather be in the air conditioning. I was slightly annoyed, but I tried to compromise since it was only our first day. I asked April if she felt comfortable going to one of the amenities that are air conditioned such as the casino, indoor bar, or arcade. April finally agreed to go to the air conditioned casino, so we did that and got some drinks. I eventually convinced her to experience the vacation outside in the heat. Luckily she listened and the heat was not that severe and she took plenty of air conditioned breaks.

The owner of the heating corp near myself and others appreciates to provide people working for him chances, however only three mistakes plus you are out the door after that. I’ve only had one instance in more than four years plus he clears them after three years so I am undoubtedly back down to zero mistakes at work. I think he appreciates our Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance toil I do plus would not let myself and others go even if I made ten mistakes.
