I am a very hard worker.

And in doing so I got rewarded with a great pay increase! I work as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist at my local heat and a/c company.

I have been here for about 8 years now and I have worked very hard at my job. I am always on time, have hardly ever called in sick unless I really was sick, and I also would work overtime if they needed extra help. Well this all finally paid off last week when the manager came and told me that they were increasing my pay and giving me a raise! They also wanted me to become assistant chief heating and air conditioning specialist. I really love it when I can be done work early. I work as a heating and air conditioning specialist for a local heat and a/c company here in town.
