I am 55 years old, plus although I have particularly aged, my body seems to be in a lot better shape than everyone my age

I am getting pretty hungry for dinner although I thought I’d knock out one article before I head out for a ride plus my food. I like to eat kefir each day, plus have been for the past three years, as I feel the probiotics in it are genuinely fantastic for the body. It has a lot more strains plus amounts of probiotics than yogurt, so I switched to kefir a couple of years ago when I found out the difference. One thing I have noticed over the past couple of years is that I’m not getting sick anymore! Cooling down the body with ice cold dips in the sea, followed by heating myself up again with a warm bath plus a sit beside the gas space boiler is proving to be fantastic for my immune system evidently. I also take Ashwagandha, which is an ayurvedic adaptogen plus basically slows down the aging process by reducing stress in the body. My heating rep got me on it numerous years ago plus I have a lot of energy to do my Heating plus A/C systems repair labor every day. I am 55 years old, plus although I have particularly aged, my body seems to be in a lot better shape than everyone my age. I do a lot of Heating plus A/C device lifting each week as I install heating plus cooling technology in offices around town. I also do yoga seven mornings a week plus I meditate each day, so I feel between all of these things I am doing some fantastic for myself. I need to go to the bank today although I am feeling like putting it off until tomorrow because I have been there numerous times trying to maintenance the same issue, well, I just got back from the bank plus when I was there I realized that I forgot my darn bank card, so I shouldn’t have gone to the bank today in the end anyways.

Pfff, however there is always tomorrow plus I will be more ready tomorrow to knock this out once plus for all.

Today I will appreciate the nice natural weather conditions control plus see if my bandmate feels like playing on the streets tonight at sunset by the local corporation with nice space heating systems outside to keep us warm. I would also like to talk with him about getting this RV soon plus doing some road gigs. I feel my associate and I can make a ton of currency if my associate and I go to the Heating plus A/C suppliers in the larger cities for labor plus play in local suppliers around town. I just want to play in small swanky clubs plus entertain people for the rest of my mornings. I would need some fantastic a/c in the summertime plus a fantastic heating system to keep us warm in the cold winters. My pal and I want to play in the beach bars along the coast of the country during the summers plus hit the ski chalets in the wintertime to do shows. It should be a fun time plus I am looking forward to fantastic heating in the RV during the winter, as it has a fantastic Heating plus A/C system.

We finally got some of our music onto our Soundcloud page plus people are genuinely liking them. Our most popular song is called the monkey song plus it is a pretty funny one I must admit. My pal and I started our band about two years ago plus my associate and I have grown a lot since start. I was a bit scared of singing, as I never genuinely was trained in singing, however doing 15 years of standup comedy taught me to face my fears plus to not be afraid of being afraid! Now it is much easier singing plus drumming plus my Heating plus A/C tech bandmate plus I just may make a name for ourselves after all. I still like to labor for the home services corporation plus tell people about SEER ratings plus saving energy on their power bills. I will do that job for another year or two plus after that I feel I will just rely on currency I make from playing tunes in the band. I figure I could do the tunes thing till I am 68 or more years old, if I am alive plus healthy then, plus make a nice ending to my crazy life that has taken me all over the world. I would like to buy a new Heating plus A/C system for my flat, plus I feel with the currency I make from tunes, I will be able to afford the heating plus cooling component at the Heating plus A/C corporation plus be all set. I decided almost 20 years ago to make a major change in my life & switch from toiling for money to chasing a dream of doing standup comedy.

• I was an engineer for about seven years, & although I was making lots of money, there was a pervasive emptiness that ran through my heart & told me there was something more to life than just getting by.

I had to make a lot of sacrifices to do this change but looking back on it now almost 20 years later I can sincerely say that I am more content with life. Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairs, namely A/C repairs, pays my bills with just 15 hours of labor each week, which allows me ample time to labor on rock n roll in my band after switching from comedy a couple years back. If you have some kind of passion that you are supimportant I promise you that it will haunt you later in life if you don’t pursue it somehow. My cooling representative friend is ancient now & told me he regrets every morning that he didn’t become a rock n rollian & just kept toiling in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repair world for much too long. You don’t have to do something forever just because you have done it forever, & it is fear that usually traps us in a smaller life than we could be living. Go for it so you’re not regretting life like my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker did when he retired, spending his whole life toiling on A/Cs & heaters instead of playing rock n roll for a bunch of cheerful people.

There are a few things in life I can’t live separate from, one being my morning Pepsi with some dark chocolate & the other being some great rock n roll with my band. I was doing standup comedy for 15 years before the rock n roll but reached a point where I felt I wasn’t growing anymore & needed a change. I quit the comedy before figuring out where I would go next & it was a truly empty feeling, as I felt my life was over since I had no passion project anymore; But enter rock n roll & the band, which is heating up with each practice session we do outside the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. I don’t know how multiple new songs we have made so far, but after only a year or so playing together we have amassed 32 songs on our website. My pal and I made enough money to get me an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system for my flat, something I didn’t have before & something that I really am cheerful about. To have great heating & cooling in the flat that had none before is a miracle as far as I am distraught. It feels so nice to wake up to a moderate flat when outside it is below frigid, or in the summer time with a cool flat when it is scorching sizzling outside. My pal and I have a nicely insulated flat so when the heating or air con system is running we don’t lose too much of the energy out the windows or walls. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company was up in our attic Yesterday & said we have ample insulation.

There is nothing like the freedom of riding a bike to get around down compared to a car. I sold my car about eight years ago now, after getting fatigued of the American way, and I am so content not having to drive a car each day. I spent entirely 15 to 20 hours a week in my car back in the States, and then when you add on my 50 plus hour workweek, you wonder how I am able to live life with the little bit of time leftover. If you toil ten hours a day at your local business, then add in another two hours of driving for the whole day, you are left with absolutely little time in the evening to watch your newly bought fireplace, or to play with your teenagers for that matter. My wife would ask me to clean the HEPA filter and I was so fatigued that I would pay my child to do the Heating and A/C toil for me. That whole life is gone after getting divorced and leaving my task to live a new life overseas. I like the natural climate control you get from riding your bike in the breeze, and it is nice not having to kneel in the Heating and A/C supplier cubicle all day long like I was doing back in the States when I was an engineer laboring in the Heating and A/C field. My oh my, how life fluctuations!

The properties I manage for my sibling in the States bring in a whopping $340 a month in income for me, however the way that I live that money goes a long way.

That entirely pays for all of my food for the month, so then I’m just left with rent and some spending money.

I make some each month teaching yoga and volleyball and those two pay my spending money and miscellaneous bills, so then all that is left is the $770 for rent. Things will change in five years though when the SS money kicks in from HVAC system work over the years. I’ll get $1000 a month from that soon and then I’m on easy street. I’m a bit late on the rent this month because the local business is behind on paying the HVAC techs because he is waiting for a large check; He felt exhausting though and is giving pretty much everyone a week off paid in full, so my nice friend and I are all nice with being late on paying our rents this month. The owner of this building owns a local company nearby and my nice friend and I are working on his air con system and he knows that my nice friend and I will be late this month with rent however at least he is getting some ice frosty air conditioner soon. This week is Friday and by Tuesday my nice friend and I will have his temperature control system all set up and he and his clients will be sitting in frosty air pretty soon. The weather is heating up a lot so I am sure he is going to be thrilled to have a working HVAC system again.

I am waiting for the States to wake up this day because that is where I bought this package of plays from.

I am supposed to have 10K plays of our song in the next few mornings and want to see how it works and if it even works.

They are supposed to be real people, but I want to see if this works and what people think of the song. Maybe it is garbage and my head is up in the clouds for no reason at all, but I think I know a nice song when I hear it. Gas fireplace maintenance is on the slate for this weekend, as my HVAC specialist neighbor comes by to help me get the thing running again. It is almost summer time and I am not going to use the fireplace for heat however rather for ambiance when I have my little brunch parties. I haven’t had any parties in a while because I have a flatmate now, although he will be moving out in a matter of a month or two and in with his newfound love. I have an oil boiler to heat the flat, however this gas fireplace is entirely pretty with the flames dancing over the stone logs. Maybe they aren’t entirely stone however they look like it. The boiler company who sold it to us told us what the logs were made of but I was too occupied with looking at the WIFI thermostats in the store to listen to what he was trying to tell us.
