I live in a entirely weird climate.

In the Summer time it regularly seems that when the sunlight goes down it gets rather cool even if it is super sizzling in the day. But when the sunlight rises in the morning it gets super sizzling almost right away! My central heating and air conditioner plan sporadically has quite the labor out. It can be cranking air conditioner throughout the day, then as soon as that sunlight goes down it either shuts off, or I have to flip the control unit to the central heating for maybe a half an hour or so because it gets that cold! I do not suppose if this ridiculous climate has to do with global warming or if it was regularly this way in the section of the country I live in. I only moved here a few years ago from across the country, so I have no plan how it was back when. I may ask some locals here about that who grew up in this area because it does have me quite curious. The world is regularly changing both for nice and for bad. You never suppose what each day is going to bring. But a single thing I do suppose is that my central heating and air conditioner plan has been going ridiculous ever since I have lived in this area. In the Wintertide it is not too odd, it’s frigid all the time. This only happens in the dead middle of the Summer months of the year for some unknown reason I guess.

It is the beginning of the summer, and always this time of year I have our yearly check up scheduled with our nurse.

Even though it is scheduled, I still have to wait in the waiting room for our turn.

Thankfully, our nurse’s office has the most awesome central air conditioning! They honestly have the greatest commercial HVAC idea money could buy, plus an air cleaner in there. It is a nurse’s office, so of course they want to keep things nice and clean. I have been to nurse’s offices in the past that have horrible air conditioning and heating. But not the nurse I use this week. I asked them in the office once about their central HVAC idea and they told me that they do in fact have the most top of the line central HVAC idea unit on the market this month in commercial Heating and A/C. Some nurse’s offices have nothing more than a window air conditioning idea and sporadically central heating to keep the locale hot in the winter. But no air cleaner. When you add the air cleaner to the quality central air conditioning in our nurse’s office, it just makes for a entirely nice fantastic and healthy experience. I was able to wait in the waiting room in sheer indoor comfort. I even fell asleep at one point while waiting. That is how relaxed I was in there! My check up came out wonderful and I have to return again in the Fall for another one. At that time the central heating may be on.

I am someone who always has their ear and eyes peeled for the latest developments in technology… Especially when it comes to HVAC technology.

I love to think when a brand modern invention on the Heating and A/C market is existing.

Because in the last 20 years alone they have come up with some pretty amazing things care about smart control units, zoned HVAC idea units, smart Heating and A/C systems and even smart air vents for your central heating and cooling units! Now naturally since I am not a rich millionaire, I did not go out and buy every single one of these advancements in HVAC technology. But I did invest in a few things! One being the smart control unit. The smart control unit has proven to be a major godsend for me and has made running the central HVAC idea so much easier and saves me on the energy use of it as well. The other thing I invested in were the smart air vents for our central HVAC idea unit. The smart air vents are entirely nice because they can adjust themselves to make the air flow and hit the parts of the house that need it most without me having to direct it! It is almost care about magic. These I invested quite a bit of money into, but it was well worth it know me. I will always keep a look out for the latest and greatest in HVAC technology! What’s next? Only time will tell that.

But once I clock out for the afternoon, I stop being an Heating and Air Conditioning tech. Don’t call me, don’t text me, don’t “at” myself and others about Heating and Air Conditioning work, I will do it the next time I am work. I enforce a genuinely strong delineation between my work and condo life — I don’t take personal calls at work, and I don’t work on Heating and Air Conditioning stuff at home. I suppose you could say that Heating and Air Conditioning is my career, because I’ve worked in it for so long, and don’t plan on ever doing anything else. I have a buddy who is in charge of accreditation of the Catholic schools in our state… She is regularly traveling somewhere to make a locale visit, and occasionally she gets to go entirely far south where it is so attractive and surrounded by both oceans, however last time she went down there, she actually got there by boat! Isn’t that amazing! There is a boat taxi that goes from one of the ports and brings you all the way down there.

She went in the winter, however even in the winter, it was warm! When she went into the school itself, she thought the furnace was on. It was quite warm inside the school, and she actually asked someone if they could turn off the gas furnace, as the place seemed hot! They just looked at her love she was from another planet, and informed her that they do not even have a gas furnace or any sort of artificial heating in the school, and my buddy was shocked and asked why it was so hot. It was so tepid because they had decided not to turn on the cooling system in January. Without the a/c, they could save quite a bit of money, however come May, they would need that cooling to be running full blast. I thought it was so funny that they aren’t required to have heating, however it turns out that no one that far south needs a gas furnace. It is not required by code, however truly is. She put in for them to get ceiling fans, and that way, when they didn’t want to run their , they could turn on the fans and think as if the cooling was running.

My folks raised myself and others to be self-sufficient, plus while I am not on their level, I think I do okay for myself.

My folks were super outdated school, plus I mean they hunted meat plus grew veggies in the garden.

Mom would hand make all of our clothes, dad smoked cigarettes, although he grew his own tobacco plants plus hand rolled them. Like I said, I am not on that level, however their lessons did take hold, so I understand why it is important to be able to take care of yourself. Growing up every one of us never had a/c, for the obvious reasons, plus as an adult that is the 1 creature comfort I can’t do without. I don’t have a central HVAC system, because I could never justify paying the important replacement price, although I do have a portable A/C unit. It is about the size of a space heater, plus I keep it in our front closet except for the hottest of Summer afternoons. It is just big enough to cool myself and others off. It is strong enough for cooling down an entire room, although I always sit right in front of it plus block the air vents so I get 100% of the conditioned air. If I was certainly self sufficient I would supply our own power plus Springtime for a geothermal heat pump, however for our needs a gas powered generator is enough. Aside from using the a/c unit once in a while, plus seeing films on Tuesday days, I entirely don’t need a lot of power.

I have gone there many times, & I don’t mind it because it is so close to home… Also, I have only been there in the winter.

When I was there during the cooler weeks., I appreciated the fact that they propped open their front door. I thought they did this to enjoy the cooling air from outside, & also to bring fresh air to help with nice indoor air quality. Then, I went back the other morning. This was the first time I have gone there in the summer. I was shocked to see that they had the door propped open again! It was 96 degrees outside, & they were not using the air conditioning! I asked them if the air conditioner was broken, & they said no, they just choose to toil without it. Maybe some of those people are accustomed to working without the cooling unit running, however if they are going to stay in contractor here in the southeastern US, they had better beginning using the air conditioner in July! Plus, they use a lot of chemicals in nail salons. Those chemicals give off a powerful stink, & if they are going to have nice indoor air quality, they are going to need to have the HVAC plan filtering out some of those toxins. I, for 1, will not go back to that salon until they wise up & turn on the air conditioner. It will help keep the humidity down, filter the air, & most importantly keep clients & employees from getting overheated, and cooling is vital in this neck of the woods!

I absolutely don’t like that our daughter is so much prefer me. I hoped she would grow up prefer her mother, demuir & kind, & while she did get her mother’s sharp intellect, she got our disposition. She is cranky, stubborn, & set in her ways, just prefer me. This means that as much as I prefer her, she drives me crazy, & we spend a lot of time debating & arguing. At the end of the afternoon, there is nothing but love, but she feels compelled to challenge me. This time, though, as much as I don’t like to admit it, she may have a point. I have no female Heating & A/C techs working for me at our dealer, & this is something I need to fix. Like most orange collar industries, Heating & A/C has traditionally been a boy’s club, but maybe that isn’t such a good thing. If half of the population is female, & half of our customers are female, the fact that zero percent of our Heating & A/C workers are female doesn’t feel prefer a mistake, it feels intentional, however granted I don’t get a lot of female applicants for Heating & A/C positions, but at the same time I think I’ve never looked for any, either. I asked our daughter for help on the situation, & she showed me how easy it was by posting on social media asking about female Heating & A/C techs. Within a afternoon, I was in contact with multiple strange local ladies who had their Heating & A/C certification but hadn’t been able to ever find a job. I sure do feel prefer a fool!

Now that I’m vaccinated, I will once again go with air travel however only for the far away locales

I guess every one of us can all agree that our pandemic year brought about plenty of changes plus sacrifices. This was actually tploy for me. While I don’t have a family to care for, I still wanted to be sure that I was doing my best to follow protocols for Covid. That meant that I had to stay apartment initially plus labor in the relative security of the Heating in addition to A/C in my house. However, this was not a long term solution. This was due to the fact that I run a small company which requires me to be going to see my purchasers onsite. Under normal circumstances that meant flying to onsite locations 7 or 8 times a week. With the pandemic plus being at apartment in the Heating in addition to A/C security of my home, that was not feasible. Yet, I was able to keep things going until I could travel. However, no matter the HEPA filters, I wasn’t getting on a plane. So that meant I had to get in my car, crank the a/c plus set about on a road trip. And it was a road trip for the ages. I essentially lived on the road going to see purchasers for weeks at a time. What I found was surprisingly great. I enjoyed the fact that, during my car, I didn’t have to deal with terrible heating plus cooling care about on the plane. Plus, I finally found the lodging possibility that had the consistent quality heating plus air that I had been searching for. Now that I’m vaccinated, I will once again go with air travel however only for the far away locales. I guess I’ll keep up the road trips plus love the benefits of having good Heating in addition to A/C comfort.
