It isn’t overpowering with the citrus but they absolutely made a good scent with this cologne.

It costs like a bit over $60 a bottle but if you don’t go deranged it should last you for a year or so. I don’t wear it every single afternoon, maybe three or four days a week, and people seem to absolutely like the smell of it. I ran out of it and am going to bite the bullet and grab more at the local company this week, that is if my stock goes up in value. I have a bunch of stocks that crashed and I put myself on a spending restriction till it turns around, and yesterday it made a 25% jump, which is a good sign that it may have hit the bottom already. My local contractor told me that the next six months are going to be key for this contractor and that the cooling systems in the cars are going to be the main selling point as they are absolutely efficient now. I will wait for the end of the afternoon to see if the stock goes up and after that I will trot down to the store and buy the stuff. After that, I am going to buy a HEPA filter at the heating and air conditioning company and then stop with my spending for another few months. It is simple to keep buying stuff and it ends up just stressing you out if you are low on dough.

Well I suppose I am going to bust out the old sound system and take it down to the pier around sunset to play some.

I know my guitar player will not make it as he is in another town, but I can play drums and sing and maybe even get another person to sing with me.

It isn’t the same without a guitar however we can still have some fun while drumming and singing. This girl is an absolutely good singer and I suppose she will join me tonight while I drum around sunset time. The local company near where I drum gets a good crowd and they seem to like our music while they rest in the temperature control and love the cool air conditioner. This village is starting to buzz with energy and I suppose I am going to splurge and buy some new summertime clothes and maybe some nice light cologne for the summertime season. It is on sale at this local company near me, however at $65 for a bottle I hope I like the scent. I normally don’t wear cologne but this one seemed to smell absolutely good at the store where I tried it a while back, however I’m not sure they even carry it anymore. My heating and air conditioning tech neighbor wore it one time at work and it smelled absolutely good, making me want to buy it as well and wear it at the heating and air conditioning company while I work. Anyway, I am going to go take a quick shower and see if I can find that cologne.

A chupito is the same as a shot when talking about drinks, and we made a song called No Chupito for my friend that afternoon who didn’t want to share his rum. I was going to do a shot on this pier we were playing on but my neighbor wouldn’t share the rum, so we made a song about it and I ended up getting my shot in the end haha. We just got some company cards made and we are going to hit the local company near us and supply them a card to see if they want us to play outside or inside of their air conditioned club. If they say no then we will just play near the bar on the beach in the sand and let people hear our music anyways. Ideally though, the new contractor who owns the club wants us to play inside so we can get some nice temperature control while doing our thing. I am still kind of new at the drums and am learning current beats, but I suppose the best way to learn is to just jump in headfirst and see what happens. My heating company friend said that we are absolutely good and he admires that we are making new music every time we play. We both like to make current music instead of playing the same stale music over and over like most bands do. Anyway, I’m off to the heating and air conditioning company for a new HEPA filter.

Today I have to return my Amazon package at the local company and also maybe hit the grocery store for some food. I may be able to slide by one more afternoon with the food I have in the fridge, because this week I have a yoga student and I don’t have as much time to get this shopping done. The Amazon package can also wait but I don’t want to let too much time pass or I won’t be able to return it at all and will lose the money. I ordered it by mistake after getting my mini split cooling system unit for my office and now I have two HEPA filters for the unit when I only need one. I didn’t know that the unit already came with the filter so now I have to return the second one and get my $20 back. It isn’t a lot of money but I want to return it or I am going to end up tossing the other one away at some point. The heating and air conditioning system I purchased came with a washable HEPA filter and they said it will last as long as the unit lasts, which is about five or six years in this week’s world. There was a time you could buy an appliance like this and it would outlive you, but now it is an odd world and things don’t last like they used to in a quote to make more money by these heating and air conditioning system manufacturing companies. So this week I will get on my bike and ride down to return this package and be done with it.

We got the company cards for our band the other afternoon and this weekend my bandmate is going to give me a few hundred to spread around the world.

We want to get some gigs in clubs and are going to take a few days to travel to other towns to speak with bar owners to see if they are interested in us playing for them. We just need to tune our website a bit and then we will get these cards out and hopefully land some paid gigs in clubs. We would like to play in air conditioned clubs in the summertime and get out of the heat of the streets for the summer. I suppose we have some absolutely good music and I need to option the top five and put them in the spotlight on our website. The local contractor in town is going to have us do a gig in this outside locale soon and we are gearing up for that as it is going to be quite a big thing. It is an outside hall where we will play, and although there is no heating and air conditioning system to keep us cool, doing the show in the night should not be a problem as it cools down nicely after the sun sets. I think we are going to be ready for a tour come next summer time and that should be a fun time as we travel around in our air conditioned RV to perform shows in other towns and other countries. It is going to be a good time I am sure.

Actually, I am just going to write a few more and then head out for a ride and some lunch.

Today is Sunday and tomorrow a big music festival starts up in our village and goes on for a few days. So this weekend is going to be a bit crazy but I know we will manage to make it through to Sunday. We will entirely play a bunch of volleyball because my band can’t play this weekend on the streets because of the festival, heating and cooling repairs are on the agenda as my main heating and air conditioning system is on the fritz and needs some repairs. I am lucky that I purchased a small unit for my room though because I can stay cool in that room anytime I need a reprieve from the heat. It isn’t that crazy hot out yet where you need air con all of the time, but at night it is nice to have some temperature control to keep cool for sleep. I like to keep my room around 66F, as I am a hot sleeper and end up waking up in a pool of sweat if it is much warmer than that! The mini split cooling system unit I got for my study room was just $230 and should pay for itself within two summers of not running the main heating and air conditioning system, so buying it is going to end up saving me money in the long run if the unit lasts that long.

Happy Sunday to you all as we cruise through another workweek unscathed.

Every afternoon is Sunday for me, as I write seven days a week regardless of whether it is a holiday or not.

I have a flatmate and am trying to decide if I want her to keep living with me because it kind of impedes my social life because it is difficult to have visitors over when she is here. But if I live alone my bills will basically double and that would add stress in an odd way to my fairly easy life. Heating and air conditioning system sales is her job and she is gone Sunday to Monday from 4pm till around 11pm as she works the second shift at the local business. So maybe I can work with her schedule and have dinner guests come over when she heads out for work and make sure they are gone by the time she gets home. I also work in the heating and cooling world too however my work is all done at home on my laptop. I will try working around her schedule like that and see if it works out well enough to keep her living here! My air conditioner isn’t too expensive to run because I mainly run the small window unit in my study room at night for sleep and then shut it off in the afternoon and just use fans for cooling down the flat. I suppose my total bills for living in this flat are around $1300 and my roommate chops off $600 with her share of the rent.

Yesterday and the afternoon before I wasn’t feeling so well.

Two days ago I was in pain in most of my joints from playing too much ball, and yesterday I had a sinus headache all afternoon long.

But this week, it looks like all of that pain has subsided and the headache is gone as well. I felt good and slept pretty well last night, so this week is going to be a good afternoon and hopefully some new things come around the corner, and I will work for the next 45 minutes or hour on this stuff then hit the temperature control system and head out for a little bike ride along the shore. I absolutely miss my family but I need to accept that I have chosen a new life here overseas and love it as much as I can. I miss my heating rep mom the most as she grows older and lives life back in the States without me there anymore. But I can’t just live for my mom because I have a life too and she will be gone one afternoon soon and I will have to go on without her. She’s been such a big part of my life ever since resting in front of the fireplace as a kid listening to her teach me stories about the heating and air conditioning world while she was learning to become an heating and air conditioning rep in the industry. I am pursuing a job in music and need to be here overseas to make that dream a reality, and besides, mom would be proud of me one afternoon with this new path I’m carving.

I’ll bang out three more articles and then we will take a break and walk around town for a bit to browse. This town is starting to rev up some with the month of May in full swing. It will be pretty wild and crazy here for the next four months as a lot of tourists fly in to take in the sun and the fun. I am gleeful for the coming summer time because we are going to be playing rock n roll in clubs around town and it should be a certainly fantastic time while we also get money in air conditioned beach bars along the coast. Some of the local dealers don’t have a lot of space for us to play inside so we will just set up our sound system and gear out on the beach on a large beach blanket and just play there. We don’t mind playing for free because we are working on new songs and the audience gives us energy to come up with new sounds and lyrics on the spot. When the winter time comes we will be inside heated bars in the mountains playing for the ski resorts and sitting by the fireplaces afterwards with the skiers and just hanging out and having fun. I like rock n roll so much and am so blissful that I chose a path in it because it fills me with satisfaction and gives me a lot of cool experiences. I plan on quitting my cooling tech job at the local business’s shop next year and just focusing on rock n roll full time.

I’m down to about $850 on my loan and am hoping to pay it off in the next six months to get that monkey off my back.

Nobody likes to be in debt as it feels like a black cloud floating over you all of the time.

I also owe my brother about $5K after borrowing the money six months ago to buy a stock that has now sunk my money from him down to $2K. But with some luck and difficult work by the supplier I guess that price could rebound to at least what it was before. Heating and cooling work is my main gig and I also make some money from playing rock n roll, so between the two of them I guess I can save some cooling money so that I have a buffer in the bank again. I certainly want to buy this cologne today though I feel guilty for spending the money because I need to get my teeth fixed soon and need currency for that. The local business had his teeth cleaned recently and they look so much better, spawning me to want to do the same with my grille soon. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in like three years I think, but last time they did it they said they certainly had no buildup of plaque or anything. My cooling specialist neighbor recommended that I get my teeth bonded where they are cracked to make them look better, and so I am going to need a fantastic chunk of change for that as well.
