If you are a man and you like a nice light citrus smelling cologne give Givenchy Gentlemen a shot.

It isn’t overpowering with the citrus but they certainly made a fantastic scent with this cologne.

It costs like a bit over $60 a bottle but if you don’t go crazy it should last you for a year or so. I don’t wear it every single day, maybe three or four afternoons a week, and people seem to certainly like the smell of it. I ran out of it and am going to bite the bullet and grab more at the local supplier today, that is if my stock goes up in value. I have a bunch of stocks that crashed and I put myself on a spending restriction till it turns around, and last month it made a 25% jump, which is a fantastic sign that it may have hit the bottom already. My local business told me that the next six months are going to be key for this supplier and that the air conditioners in the cars are going to be the main selling point as they are certainly efficient now. I will wait for the end of the day to see if the stock goes up and then we will trot down to the store and buy the stuff. After that, I am going to buy a HEPA filter at the cooling supplier and then stop with my spending for another few months. It is simple to keep buying stuff and it ends up just stressing you out if you are low on dough.

Well I guess I am going to bust out the old sound system and take it down to the pier around sunset to play some. I think my guitar player will not make it as he is in another town, although I can play drums and sing and maybe even get another person to sing with me. It isn’t the same without a guitar but we can still have some fun while drumming and singing. This girl is certainly a fantastic singer and I guess she will join me tonight while I drum around sunset time. The local supplier near where I drum gets a fantastic crowd and they seem to like our music while they sit in the temperature control and like the cool a/c. This town is starting to buzz with energy and I guess I am going to splurge and buy some new summertime clothes and maybe some nice light cologne for the summertime season. It is on sale at this local supplier near me, at $65 for a bottle. I hope I like the scent. I normally don’t wear cologne but this one seemed to smell certainly fantastic at the store where I tried it a while back, I’m not sure they even carry it anymore. My cooling tech neighbor wore it one time at work and it smelled certainly good, making me want to buy it as well and wear it at the cooling supplier while I work. Anyway, I am going to go take a quick shower and see if I can find that cologne.

 

Home owner solutions

I am still kind of new at the drums and am learning new beats, although I guess the best way to learn is to just jump in headfirst and see what happens.

One more article and then we mount my horse and go for a ride. A chupito is the same as a shot when talking about drinks, and we made a song called No Chupito for my neighbor that day who didn’t want to share his rum. I was going to do a shot on this pier we were playing on but my neighbor wouldn’t share the rum, so we made a song about it and I ended up getting my shot in the end haha. We just got some business cards made and we are going to hit the local supplier near us and give them a card to see if they want us to play outside or inside of their air conditioned club. If they say no then we will just play near the bar on the beach in the sand and let people hear our rock n roll anyways. Ideally though, the new business who owns the club wants us to play inside so we can get some nice temperature control while doing our thing. I am still kind of new at the drums and am learning new beats, although I guess the best way to learn is to just jump in headfirst and see what happens. My heating supplier neighbor said that we are certainly fantastic and he admires that we are making new songs every time we play. We both like to make new songs instead of playing the same stale songs over and over like most bands do. Anyway, I’m off to the A/C supplier for a new HEPA filter.

Today I have to return my Amazon package at the local supplier and also maybe hit the grocery store for some food.

I may be able to slide by one more day with the food I have in the fridge, because today I have a yoga student and I don’t have as much time to get this shopping done.

The Amazon package can also wait although I don’t want to let too much time pass or I won’t be able to return it at all and will lose the money. I ordered it by mistake after getting my mini split cooling system component for my office and now I have two HEPA filters for the component when I only need one. I didn’t know that the component already came with the filter so now I have to return the second one and get my $20 back. It isn’t a lot of money although I want to return it or I am going to end up tossing the other one away at some point. The air conditioning system I bought came with a washable HEPA filter and they said it will last as long as the component lasts, which is about five or six years in today’s world. There was a time you could buy an appliance like this and it would outlive you, but now it is a bizarre world and things don’t last like they used to in a quote to make more currency by these A/C system manufacturing companies. So today I will get on my bike and ride down to return this package and be done with it.

We got the supplier cards for our band the other day and this weekend my bandmate is going to give me a few hundred to spread around the world.

We want to get some gigs in clubs and are going to take a few afternoons to travel to other towns to speak with bar owners to see if they are interested in us playing for them.

We just need to tune our website a bit and then we will get these cards out and hopefully land some paid gigs in clubs. We would like to play in air conditioned clubs in the summertime and get out of the heat of the streets for the summer. I guess we have some certainly fantastic songs and I need to change the top five and put them in the spotlight on our website. The local business in town is going to have us do a gig in this outside arena soon and we are gearing up for that as it is going to be quite a large thing. It is an outside hall where we will play, and although there is no A/C system to keep us cool, doing the show in the night should not be a problem as it cools down nicely after the sun sets. I guess we are going to be ready for a tour come next summer time and that should be a fun time as we travel around in our air conditioned RV to perform shows in other towns and other countries. It is going to be a fantastic time I am sure.

Indoor comfort business

Ten more stories to write and I am out of here for a while. Actually, I am just going to write a few more and then head out for a ride and some lunch. Today is Wednesday and tomorrow a large rock n roll festival starts up in our town and goes on for a few afternoons. So this weekend is going to be a bit crazy although I guess we will manage to make it through to Sunday. We will certainly play a bunch of volleyball because my band can’t play this weekend on the streets because of the festival, then heating and cooling repairs are on the agenda as my main A/C system is on the fritz and needs some repairs. I am lucky that I bought a small component for my family room though because I can stay cool in that room anytime I need a reprieve from the heat. It isn’t that crazy tepid out yet where you need air con all of the time, at night it is nice to have some temperature control to keep cool for sleep. I like to keep my family room around 66F, as I am a warm sleeper and end up waking up in a pool of sweat if it is much warmer than that; The mini split cooling system component I got for my family room was just $230 and should pay for itself within two summers of not running the main A/C system, so buying it is going to end up saving me money in the long run if the component lasts that long.

Happy Wednesday to you all as we cruise through another workweek unscathed.

Every day is Monday for me, as I write seven afternoons a week regardless of whether it is a holiday or not.

I have a flatmate and am trying to decide if I want her to keep residing with me because it kind of impedes my social life because it is hard to have visitors over when she is here. But if I live alone my bills will basically double and that would add stress in a bizarre way to my fairly easy life. A/C system sales is her job and she is gone Wednesday to Tuesday from 4pm till around 11pm as she works the second shift at the local business. So maybe I can work with her schedule and have dinner guests come over when she heads out for work and make sure they are gone by the time she gets home. I also work in the heating and cooling world too but my work is all done at home on my laptop. I will try working around her schedule like that and see if it works out well enough to keep her living here. My a/c isn’t too fancy to run because I mainly run the small window component in my family room at night for sleep and then shut it off in the day and just use fans for cooling down the flat. I guess my total bills for living in this flat are around $1300 and my roommate cuts off $600 with her share of the rent.

Yesterday and the day before I wasn’t feeling so well. Two afternoons ago I was in pain in most of my joints from playing too much ball, and last month I had a sinus headache all day long. But today, it looks like all of that pain has subsided and the headache is gone as well. I felt fantastic and slept pretty well last night, so today is going to be a fantastic day and hopefully some new things come around the corner. I will work for the next 45 minutes or hour on this stuff then hit the temperature control system and head out for a little bike ride along the shore. I certainly miss my family although I need to accept that I have chosen a new life here overseas and like it as much as I can. I miss my heating rep mom the most as she grows older and lives life back in the States without me there anymore. But I can’t just live for my mom because I have a life too and she will be gone one day soon and I will have to go on without her, but she’s been such a large part of my life ever since sitting in front of the fireplace as a child listening to her learn me stories about the A/C world while she was studying to become an A/C rep in the industry. I am pursuing a job in rock n roll and need to be here overseas to make that dream a reality, and besides, mom would be proud of me one day with this new path I’m carving.

It’s going to be a silly weekend here in the neighborhood where I live.

There is a street honorablehappening now that’s going to go on until Sunday.

We’ve been informed that there are going to be concerts and loud tunes until 2 am each day throughout the entire weekend! My flatmate is going away to spend the weekend with his family in some neighborhood to escape the chaos. Meanwhile, my wifey is going to a friend’s birthday party. However, I personally don’t mind the noise; in fact I never have. When I was a child, a bunch of hooligans used to get drunk during the night in the public square beneath our flat before the heating and cooling corporation opened there. While my parents despised them, I found the noises made by the intoxicated individuals to be relaxing and soothing, absolutely helping me with my sleep. Since it’s still raining outside, I’m going to make some progress with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech stories, and after that, I’m going to see a circus show with my wifey and her friend; Later, if the weather permits, my pal and I might go and check out the street honorableand local dealers to grab a drink and something to eat. We might as well take luck of the party that is literally happening right by our doorstep and have some fun. And if my pal and I don’t like it, the good news is that our flat is nearby, so my pal and I can retreat to watch a movie by the electric fireplace and care about some popcorn… Either way, I’m cheerful!

My partner and I woke up early to volunteer at the local pet shelter with our dogs today. We caught the train and met the worker at the train station to option us up and take us to the shelter. When my pal and I arrived, the first thing my pal and I did was have a delicious cake one of the volunteers had made, accompanied by a cup of tea; This was a nice beginning to the day and provided us plenty of energy to take the dogs out for a walk. The terrible dogs are stuck in cages, and numerous of them have a lot of energy. We took around eleven dogs between my wifey and me, but then it started to rain, so my pal and I went to the cottage and made ourselves sizzling in the fireplace. We had another slice of cake and a cup of tea, and then it was time to go. The worker dropped us off at the train station with central heating and sat down in the sizzling station while my pal and I decided what my pal and I were going to do next. My bandmate wanted to play tunes by the local corporation at the beach, but it was still pouring down, so in the end I decided to head back to the city. We had our supper on the train and enjoyed the comfort of the train’s climate control. When my pal and I got home, my pal and I went to bed and slept for about an hour. We woke up feeling nice and rested. After sleeping so much, though, I needed a frigid shower to wake me up, and after that, my pal and I sat on the couch and watched a movie next to our beenjoyed portable space heater.
