The people I was with and I were all fairly distracted at the dinner table last night.

I was so unsure about my upcoming exams plus excused myself early to go plus study.

My parents were quite miserable, plus we all knew they had gotten into an argument. Since our father had learned about mom cheating on him, tensions have been especially high between them. The people I was with and I were all walking on eggshells pretty much lest we get caught in between one of their agonizing fights. I just wished they’d see a therapist or choose to be apart since they were both so irritated. I didn’t know when I passed out with books all over me, but I woke up abruptly because of a bang. Rushing out of my room, I bumped into a Mom who was coming to wake myself and others up. The people I was with and I all ran for our lives to the outside, unsure what had caused the loud bang! As we walked to the side of the dwelling, we came across the outdoor HVAC appliance, which was engulfed in flames. An acquaintance came rushing with a fire extinguisher plus put out the flames. Mom proceeded to turn off the air conditioner appliance in the dwelling as we waited for the Fire Department. Mom also called the area HVAC company requesting emergency services. A van with two HVAC specialists was able to show up a little while after the Fire Department. They assessed the outdoor HVAC appliance which was so black because of the crazy fire… One of them asked if any maintenance had been completed on the appliance. Mom said no. It turns out, dirt had been gathering in the outdoor HVAC equipment causing the condenser to overheat. This is why the a/c blew up the way it did. My parents totally began blaming each other for the oversight, plus I just walked back into the dwelling with my brothers.

If you are around my age, maybe a little older or a little younger, you might remember the show on television called Seinfeld.

It was a classic show in the 1980s with a bunch of characters who were completely self-centered.

Two of my favorite Concepts from that show are, no soup for you, and a coffee table book about coffee tables. One of the wacky characters had this idea to create a coffee table book about coffee tables oh, and everyone told him how stupid it was. Indeed, to the viewer, it did seem stupid. Several episodes later, though, we see the wacky character on a talk show getting all kinds of accolades for his coffee table book about coffee tables. The book had its own little cherry furniture wooden legs so if you wanted your copy table book to actually resemble a coffee table, you could by putting down the left and making the whole thing stand up. I thought it was absolutely hilarious. Inside the book were photos of wood furniture, wood tables, tables with southwest-style to them, Bold that would look good in a contemporary condo, beautiful Tuscan furniture, and so on. At the time oh, just about everyone I knew had natural wood furniture that would stand up to the rough-and-tumble world of young families and children.This episode of Seinfeld, though, really made me long for traditional Excellence at home which in my mind would include Italian furniture with a European Flair. It was then that I began wanting my home to reflect Tuscan Beauty through custom made furniture.I definitely wanted to have a coffee table with a coffee table book about coffee tables placed just ever so slightly to the left of center.

If you ask me, the new year is for celebrating new things and what better way to celebrate the new year than to get a brand new heating and AC system. The new year was also the perfect time to get a brand new HVAC unit for an entirely different reason. The Heating and cooling corporation in my town was having a New Year’s sale. Everything in the store was up to 50% off! I had so many different heating and AC products that I’ve been planning to buy for a while that I didn’t even know where to start. So I started with buying myself an air purifier. Then I picked up a smart thermostat. I have been looking to update from a normal digital thermostat to a smart thermostat for quite a while now but I was always finding myself putting it off. However, once I saw that smart thermostat staring me up in the face at the store I knew I couldn’t pass it up. I purchased it right away. The last thing I purchased was some disposable filters for my heating and cooling system. I was very careful to make sure that I changed my air filters every 3 months to keep my air conditioning system in tip top shape, it had been nearly three months and they were due for a change. I left that day with all kinds of goodies. My home has been excellent since then too. My indoor air quality is clean and clear, and the smart thermostat is just absolutely amazing. I would recommend one to everyone I know. Getting good deals and having some nice savings that’s really helped me to get all the heating and AC products I had only hoped to get for quite a while. I would have to say my favorite is probably the HEPA filter, it completely turned my whole home around for the better.

 

Heating and air conditioning

If there is one thing I do not like it is when somebody is giving me an attitude.

This is especially true if it’s a worker that is working on my home.

It’s just last week I was waiting for a heating and AC worker to finish servicing my air conditioner. My air conditioner is normally in perfect condition, however unfortunately the heat got to it this summer and it ended up breaking down. When it broke down I did what any normal person would do and I immediately made an appointment to have it fixed. When the heating and AC technician arrived at my home he knocked two times and when I didn’t answer within the first 2 minutes, because I was busy with my children, he had already started to storm off and leave. He only came inside because I ran to the door and told him it took me a minute to get to the door. As soon as I opened the door for him he did a huge heavy sigh and rolled his eyes and then with great reluctance walked into my home. He asked me a few questions about where my heating and AC system was located and what was wrong with it. I answered all his questions and he simply responded with “Well let’s get this over with.” Then he stormed off in the direction of my heating and cooling system. He put in maybe 15 minutes working on it before he just threw his hands up in the air and said he didn’t know what’s wrong with it and that he didn’t have time to look at it all day. Then he just stormed out of my house and left. I was shocked when this happened, I couldn’t believe the heating and cooling professional could be that rude. Needless to say, I found someone else.

My husband and I had used the same Heating and cooling business on and off for 15 years.

I was only such a huge fan of their services.

They were everything that you could want in a heating and cooling company. They were professional, they were friendly, and their prices were more than affordable. But as a saying goes all good things come to an end, and that is what happens with the heating and AC business in our town. Unfortunately, they just couldn’t keep up with modern technology and as a result they went out of business. The AC systems they sold were older models and they weren’t a major corporation and instead we’re just a small little Mom and Pop shop. My husband and I were both disappointed when they went out of business but we still had to have our heating and AC unit taken care of and so we decided to start shopping around for a new HVAC company. We went with a second nearest one in our area, hoping to give them a try and be pleasantly surprised. Well we were surprised but not in the way we wanted to be, the prices were way too high and the service was poor. When the HVAC technician came out to take care of our heating and AC system he was rude and straight to the point. He hardly answered any of our questions and he tried to overcharge for every little repair. After that one experience we’re not going to go back to that. We have instead found our solution in a nearby mobile HVAC company.

I just do not know what I would do without my HEPA filter.

It has been the only way for me to get any kind of relief in my home.

Because of my financial situation I’m forced to live in an apartment. The apartment that I have rented is not exactly a fancy one and while I’m already stuck living in an apartment it doesn’t help that the apartment that I live in doesn’t have good indoor air quality. This was something I was not used to as I came from a home that always had the best heating and AC systems and so having to deal with bad indoor air quality was a bit of a shock for me, but I got used to it. It wasn’t until one day when I came home and I couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing that I knew that something had to be done about my indoor air. So I started looking into solutions. I started googling heating and air conditioning businesses and how to take care of bad indoor air quality. Thankfully taking care of the problem was way simpler than I imagined it to be. All I have to do was purchase a HEPA filter from my local heating and AC business and once it was installed on my HVAC system I was good to go. I did that the same week and what do you know now I have good indoor air quality again. It is a great relief to be able to live comfortably and breathe in your own home.

For my entire life I have lived with dirty indoor air.

It wasn’t until I actually got married that I realized that there was a solution to my indoor air quality problems and that was only because my wife told me about it.

When it comes to caring for heating and cooling systems my wife and I are on the opposite ends of the spectrum. Well she has always been the type of person to go and have every single recommended tune-up and upgrade the heating and cooling professionals would provide. I on the other hand would not take good care of my heating and AC system, my heating and air conditioner would be lucky if it got any kind of tune-ups once a year. It wasn’t even that uncommon for me to go years without having any kind of work done on my HVAC system. Once my wife and I started dating and she noticed that I seem to have a lot of allergies. She suggested to me that it could be because of my bad indoor air quality and she told me that I should really try to get something to take care of it. I didn’t know what to get so I was looking for suggestions and she told me that I should get a HEPA filter. She explains how a HEPA filter works and how it has many small fibers that are specifically designed to catch the tiniest pieces of dirt and debris. I just had to take her advice and I’m really glad that I did. Once I got the HEPA filter for my heating and AC business I have had nothing but clean air and my allergies are now a thing of the past.

 

New HVAC equipment

When I first moved out on my own, it was a hard thing to do.

It wasn’t just difficult because it was a huge leap into the unknown, but it was also really hard for my parents.

Well things had never been 100% perfect between us, I had a very close relationship with both my mom and dad and so when I moved away for college it was really hard on both my parents and for me. We tried to make it easier on each other so that way we could still enjoy each other’s company even if we weren’t physically present. I did this by calling my parents multiple times a week to let them know how I was doing and what was going on. I was really enjoying college life but I will say that when summer break came around I was happy to take the time off and go home to visit my parents for a while. I made the drive to my parents house that summer and I was surprised that when I walked into the house the first thing I felt was an overwhelmingly hot heat wave. It was so hot that it blasted me straight in the face. My mom came over and greeted me with a big hug and I asked her what was wrong with the house and why it was so hot. She informed me that the air conditioner had stopped working and that they were still trying to get a cooling specialist to come in to service it. She apologized for the heat but told me they had several fans running in the house. Even though it wasn’t as comfortable in the house as normally is due to the HVAC system not working properly, it was just good to be back home with my parents again. Anyways, it didn’t take us long to find ways around the heat and despite the heating and AC system not working we are still able to have lots of fun.
