This is the first Springtime where I’m not cussing the level of heat & humidity as I get ready to exercise.

• And I’m not at all talking about going for a run or anything else outside.

Nope, I’m talking about walking inside a gym that’s supposed to have some commercial Heating & Air Conditioning that provides an acceptable level of heating & cooling. I’m not complaining about the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning in the gym any longer because I dumped that gym membership in the Fall. It’s not that I just gave in to being a fat girl at 52 either. No, I just got so sick of walking into a space where I was covered in sweat before I even got to the locker room. The commercial Heating & Air Conditioning unit in that place was either under sized, seasoned, or just completely messed up. The commercial Heating & Air Conditioning in that joint was consistently overwhelmed whether it be winter or summer. But it was particularly hard from May through September. I just couldn’t take forking over that amount of currency for zero heating & cooling comfort. Instead, I took some savings & made my own gym. I have a two motorcar garage that is now a one motorcar garage & home gym. Thanks to the Heating & Air Conditioning company, I have a ductless heat pump inside the nice garage. Oh man, the air conditioner comfort is just so amazing. And I can’t hardly believe that this is all coming from something that is just so small. My partner is even getting in on some air conditioning & exercise as I bought an elliptical device that he particularly loves.

I was so relieved when I saw that the first Covid test came up negative. I felt like complete hell but at least I wasn’t dealing with Covid. That was last winter & although I was vaccinated, I particularly wasn’t up to dealing with all the mess that goes with that virus. However, just having to hole up inside the central air conditioning was more than I could have dealt with. I particularly can’t do any sort of a repeat of being stuck inside our condo like my pal and I were when the pandemic was raging. Still, I battled whatever flu that hit me for more than a week. And for weeks after, I was still battling sinus & chest congestion to a giant degree. It got to the point that my partner was particularly looking at me sideways every time I started coughing. So I headed for the doctor’s office, which is not something that I particularly like to do often. And I was so surprised that I didn’t come away with a prescription for some sort of medication to heal me up. Instead, I came away with the directive to simply call the Heating & Air Conditioning company. The doctor thought my symptoms were lingering because of the indoor air quality of my home. And that turned out to be exactly the case, and once the Heating & Air Conditioning pro performed the air duct cleaning & air duct resealing, my cough vanished overnight. But I also got a bonus with this Heating & Air Conditioning service, as the air duct resealing has ended up particularly saving me currency. Stopping all the leaks in the air ducts has resulted in sizable savings when it comes to heating & cooling costs.

I particularly have to hand it to my spouse, that lady is a persistent critter & just kept on persevering. She did whatever she had to do when it came to following her passion & making time for her art, however and my pal and I now have a full on studio space added to our home to show for it. However, my spouse could have never been mistaken for the sort that was destined for the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of a highrise downtown. That’s my bag for sure, although I knew the second I met her that she was a true artist to the core. I feel that was part of the initial attraction, as I spent many afternoons inside the radiant heating of my dorm room hoping that she liked me as much as I liked her. The more my pal and I got to know each other the more natural it felt to be together. I headed for that zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of an office right out of university. She went on to get an MFA & my pal and I were apart for about a year & a half. That proved to be the last time my pal and I were ever apart for any extended amount of time. Since then, she’s held up her end with private tutoring, some teaching & even landscaping, but now, she’s selling her art in a big way. So my pal and I added a sizable addition to the back of our house. This is now her studio space that she heads to every morning as I head to the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of my office. Thankfully, there is a pair of ductless heat pumps providing her with good quality heating & air in her office now.

It’s that time of year once again, and it won’t be much longer before I close all the windows & doors for good as the air conditioner goes on & stays on for at least four straight months.

But this is indeed not my number one time of year by any stretch of the imagination.

Still I enjoy where I live, & the brutal Summer heat & humidity are just part of it. The more one resists the heat, the worse it feels. I’ve learned that changing to the rising temperatures is the best way to not be completely overwhelmed by the heat once Summer gets here. I mean, who wants to spend the entire summer time either inside the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning of work or inside the central air conditioning of one’s home? I don’t for sure. I’m so thankful to have an air conditioner although I also like to get outside in the Summer too. However, last summer I learned yet another lesson when it comes to the air conditioner in my house. I’m not a Heating & Air Conditioning pro as it turns out. This was made spectacularly clear after I tried in vain to repair the Heating & Air Conditioning component last November. I came home from a genuinely early morning of hockey to a condo that was sizzling hot & sticky. The air conditioner was working when I left but evidently something happened while I was out. The heat pump was still running so I thought that maybe I could find an evident solution. A few hours & several bloodied knuckles later, I called the Heating & Air Conditioning pro. Not only had I not fixed the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, but I had made things just that much worse by my attempts at Heating & Air Conditioning repair.

I just got banned on Soundcloud for five afternoons for following too many people, oops.

• I’m just trying to get our sound out there and was following a lot of people even though I know I kind of overdid it.

My goal is not to get a million followers or anything like that, but more to get our music listened to to see if any of them are great or not. So now I have to wait five days before I can follow anyone else, which is great with me because we got a great chunk of followers coming in yearly. Heating up our place was my plan and at least we got some local business owners listening to the music so I know which ones are good. I will chill with the following once my block is removed and follow less people each day, I just didn’t know the rules and sporadically you have to break them to learn about them. I’ve broken rules as a heating and A/C worker various times and have also broken rules when I was working for the local supplier. My gramps used to call me a rebel and a maverick, which back then we didn’t know what they meant, even though I for sure know now. Gramps was a furnace salesman and worked a lot for this local supplier and then would come home to a trouble maker like me. I recognize I’ve kind of been a rebel all my life for some reason, but it has given me some cool memories at least. Now this rebel is going to go clean his washable filter, see ya.

So this week I am going to start up my weight training program after I teach my yoga student later this afternoon in her weather controlled flat

How many hours a day do you have to yourself? Online it says that two to five hours of free time a day is ideal for happiness. Well, I have a lot more than five hours of free time each day, actually closer to seven or eight hours a day. I fill that free time though with music and it doesn’t seem to bother me that I have so much of it, and maybe if I wasn’t playing beach ball or playing music in a band I would be bored with all the free time I have, but this heating and A/C tech is just great with all of that free time. I need to get back on my workout routine though because I have been resting a lot in my free time. My heating corp keeps me active with the heating and A/C system repairs I do, even though I need to get in some weight training each week or my muscles start to deteriorate abruptly. Lifting up heavy heating devices is great for your muscles, even though I haven’t had many to lift as I have been working a lot on smart thermostats and small things like space heating system repairs and things like that. So this week I am going to start up my weight training program after I teach my yoga student later this afternoon in her weather controlled flat. It is a sunny day and it will be a great one for doing my workout routine on the beach later when it cools down. My heating and A/C rep friend will join me in the workout later and it should be fun.

I’ve legitimately put my process engineer skills to toil with my lifestyle.

I work just 15 hours a week and spend little time cleaning the flat thanks to my robot helpers.

I just cook supper a few times a week and freeze the leftovers and rotate what I eat each week so it doesn’t get monotonous. I bet I spend about five hours a week cooking, shopping, and cleaning the flat, which is great because that means only 20 hours a week are spent doing things that are considered “work” to me. My heating and A/C tech task is legitimately light work because I no longer lift heavy heat pumps or air con systems and just do paperwork and inventory for the local business. The rest of my time is spent doing what I love, which is music and volleyball, and it is the type of lifestyle I’ve been longing for for a long time. My weather conditions control system is running this afternoon for four hours while I do my work and chill with the cats. So I basically work three hours a day on average, which means I have about 12 hours free to do as I please, which seems to be a great balance for me. My heating and A/C supplier friend back in the States told me that his heating and A/C business keeps him busy and he only has an hour and a half of free time each day. He spends a lot of time selling boilers at his local contracting business and when he gets home he is pretty much spent.

It is nice having a robot do all of my vacuuming in my flat as I legitimately don’t enjoy the chore too much.

I have hardwood floors and actually little clutter in my flat, so the robot does a great job of cleaning the floors each day for me.

It saves me a lot of time and my robot animal litter component saves me a lot of time too. I also have a robot feeding and watering station for my cats, so I could leave for a week and they wouldn’t even care. I got these cats from the local business and the cats keep each other company when I am out of the neighborhood doing some heating and A/C system repairs. I have left for up to a week and when I come back my cats are totally fine. They have air conditioning and music playing while I am gone and they keep each other business in my weather controlled flat. I don’t have to do much in this flat except for cooking and washing the dishes, which doesn’t take that long to do. I have a great air purifying system in here to keep the dust and pollen down to a minimum, and the HEPA filter does a great job of removing all the other stuff that keeps the indoor air quality down. I pretty much just have to put the food away that gets delivered to my flat and cook meals for supper. The local supplier helped me streamline my life like this when we were going to heating and A/C tech university years ago.

I’ve finally learned to be happy on my own after being alone for a year and a half now.

It was bothering me that I have been alone so long now, but my spirit needs some healing time and I am learning to enjoy it. I’ve been trapped in awful relationships before and it is better to be on your own than to be stuck in a dead end marriage or whatever. I have a flatmate so I am not totally alone here, and we also have three cats to keep us company. Now I am having fun again with heating and A/C system repairs on my own and enjoying my weather controlled flat with the three cats. I have a great flatmate that covers half the rent, along with all of the heating and cooling bills each month and it just makes it easier on my finances and gives me business at the same time. I will meet someone down the road I am sure, maybe it will be another year or two until my heart is ready though. The HEPA filter worker told me that when the heart is ready to open up you won’t be able to stop love from coming in. So I will just do my heating and A/C tech work each week and chug along like before when I was in a relationship, but now I can toil on an a/c till late in the night separate from feeling like I will get the 3rd degree when I get home late. It all works out in the end so just enjoy the ride.

Why is there an animal on my submarine? That is one of the music we made up the other day that has a legitimately great vibe to it.

It makes no sense at all basically but we were singing about a red submarine when some cats started barking at us.

So then the song morphed into an animal on our submarine and we took it from there. My voice is finally back after five days off and I am going to be ready to sing some later if my bandmate is around. I need a few afternoons rest with great indoor air quality and some moist air from this vaporizer I obtained at the local business. I was stressing my vocal cords too much with my rough singing voice in some of the music and it got legitimately tore up from that. This new supplier in the neighborhood told me to sing more smoothly when we were doing an heating and A/C system install a few months ago, even though I didn’t listen to him and this is what I got. So now I am going to heed her advice and not sing so gravelly in our music to save my voice. Anyway, this week is an air conditioning type of day as it is heating up legitimately abruptly and is still only 10 in the morning. I will work in my flat for a few hours getting my toil done online and then we will train a yoga student for half an hour before turning my attention to the band. we should have fun heating up in the sunshine later.
